Splendida villa indipendente ad 1 km dal mare con piscina privata d’acqua salata (extra, riscaldata su richiesta), gite in barca (su richiesta), vista mozzafiato sulle spiagge più belle. Situata a 15 km dall’aeroporto di Olbia, ed a pochi chilometri da San Teodoro. Parcheggio privato e ampio giardino con rocce di granito modellate dal vento e macchia mediterranea, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi un po’ e godere del sole e della tranquillità del posto. Adatta alle famiglie con bambini e gruppi.

House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.
