Vacation rentals with a patio in Punta Marina

We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the place was really nice for that. It's three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities are really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

I thank Filippo for his kind and caring attitude. The apartment is absolutely new, everything is in perfect , clean condition, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to the sea, bars, restaurants, shops. Recommended.

This homestay is next to the train station and there is a parking lot downstairs, so it is very convenient for public transportation and private cars as a temporary residence.The apartment has a two-bedroom, one-living room layout, and is also very relaxing. The host also prepared a simple breakfast for us. Even if we disturbed him very late, he still patiently helped us. Thank you very much.😊

We are very happy to have chosen Linda's place. The place was as described by Linda and the surroundings were very great. We have reached everything very well on foot and there would also have been the possibility to rent bicycles to be even more flexible. Linda always responded immediately and asked several times if everything was okay. She's a very thoughtful host. We would always book this place again.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Responsive, helpful, kind hosts! Apartment is clean, cosy, equipped with everything. Very close to the train station, and walkable distance to the centre and grocery stores.

Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

The place was very nice, who is looking for secrecy with terrace, air conditioning, tv with Netflix, block from the beach... nasty voli this apartment. Parking directly in the garden next to the apartment, no problem always free under the trees. Bali, we're comfortable with the bed gaucu, there's no reason! sleep really! In the kitchen sugar, sul, pepper, coffee with packed cafes, oil...fridge with freezer...in the bathroom crowd with soap, buckle available, bidet. The only thing that surprised us was that the bedding and towels were not included in the price, the price was 15€/person, which we didn't want to give and took blankets and polstare. There was no bar towel or toilet paper (it was barely 1/3 of the original size at the time of check-in, no other one was available). This meant only my peace of mind, I'm writing here just to let future guests know how to feel. It's a great place, the air conditioning cools down the room, the evening beautifully sits on the terrace, next to the main street with shops.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

The stay was wonderful. Elisa was very quick to answer any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood, and I had no problem sleeping. Could walk to local grocery store. Wonder park right across the street with great walking paths.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

We had a great time. It was 5 days of relaxation and tranquility just a stone's throw from the Pialassa, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The residence is equipped with all amenities and furnished with care, conveying a sense of familiarity that makes you feel at home. Eleonora was always very helpful and full of advice, from the very detailed initial instructions to information on events in the area. Definitely to be recommended...

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights in this beautiful home. The place and the view were not a surprise because the photos we had seen already heralded a magical air, but in person the emotion is unique. Chiara is a very sweet and super helpful girl. The thing we liked most was the serenity it gave us, we felt right at home. We hope to return to this wonderful place soon!

Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! Everything is impeccable, professional managers... than you can want more. I want to emphasize the tranquility and silence that have pleasantly characterized our stay that are often missing in the accommodation facilities located in the historic centers.
