The apartment is located on the second floor of a seafront complex on Canneto Beach on the Island of Lipari, which can be reached by crossing the road! In addition, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher. The bus stop to the center is 15 meters away.

We had a wonderful vacation in Tropea and part of this was due to our lovely stay at Giuseppe‘s beautifully appointed condo. It was the perfect walking distance from the beach from the center of town from the grocery store from the lovely coffee shops. Completely renovated and beautifully designed this condo had everything we could possibly have wanted. We enjoyed walking next door to pick up groceries and having a lovely lunch on the private patio. Guiseppe‘s warm welcoming personality made our stay even more perfect. . His condo was just lovely!! We would highly recommend to friends and cannot wait to go back ourselves next year.

The accommodation was impeccable and practical, very well located, close to the city center and the bus station. Daniele had put drinks, fruit and croissants in the apartment, and he was always available and helpful, super responsive. He was flexible on arrival and departure times, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment. Thank you for hosting us in this really nice city with delicious gastronomy and beautiful landscapes.

Truly beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the strait of Messina. The interior is very modern and has all you could wish for, washingmashine etc. The sorroundings are very quiet and at night you can only hear the waves from the ocean if you keep the door to the balcony open. A beautiful beach at the easternmost point of sicily is 3 minutes away by foot, restaurants and shops are all in a 5 minute raidius. The communication with Irene is extremly friendliy and welcoming! All in all its a must stay if you are planning so overnight in that region and i really recommend it! I will definitly come back asap!!

We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, with so many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Also, there is nearby great fish market and other Italian foods and owners seams passionate about cooking, so we found all necessary equipment to cook any dish at home and enjoy eating in big sunny terrace. The host was super attentive and made sure we were all set for a comfy stay. Even though we came in December, and it wasn’t as warm as we’d hoped (plus a lot of rain!), the apartment was super cozy and kept us nice and warm. Need to mention that apartment has its own garage so there are no problems with a safe parking for your rented car. It’s stylish, great value for money, and we’d definitely come back!

Amazing place!! So private, and beautiful. As it is somewhat remote, our hosts arranged for a taxi (which was included in the rent) from our ferry. Our driver waited for us to do our food shopping before whisking us off to the property. Once there, our host transported us and all our luggage to our private casita. There, we enjoyed the spacious views from our large terrace, our private swimming hole below, and nearby beach. One can see Stromboli on the left and Vulcano on the right, with its simmering crater. Sunrises over the ocean below. Our hosts Mariagrazia and Carlo were warm and welcoming. I would give Seven Stars if I could!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

We were personally greeted and a parking space was reserved for us as we arrived quite late. We were given a starter basket with water, spaghetti, delicious olive oil from the family, canned tomatoes, so we could prepare a dinner from it. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms, the proximity to the beach and to Taormina for day trips. On the roof terrace you could relax and enjoy a magnificent view. There is an elevator. With the friendly host, who was immediately available, we felt completely comfortable. At the end there was even an espresso. Everything was super clean and the bed was also comfortable. There are small mini-markets for shopping and a few restaurants nearby. The water on the beach was very clean, as it is a pebble beach, which is typical of Sicily. We didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks very much again ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Very nice apartment. Refurbished. 2 steps from the beach and especially from the bus stop (rotation approximately every 15 minutes) which allows access to Lipari quickly and from there everywhere on the island or on the other islands. Lorenza is very welcoming and very responsive. I would highly recommend it.
