Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Punta Cana Village

There are no words to discover how great the attention of the family is. We came back from the tour tired and we were starving and her husband brought us food. Always willing to help you with anything. Her son Maxi is a sweetheart. Highly recommended. It is located inside a condominium, away from the bulla but with security. We look forward to seeing you in Peru.

Owners are cute couple that has excellent fast response times. The apartment is great for access to hard rock casino and the beach club. I would say their restaurant Ventanas is probably better than anything at Hard Rock and would book at least 1 dinner there. The beach club is better than expected. Sure its $35 per person but you can use it for lunch and drinks. And the drinks are not outrageous, $10 for a solid coco loco. infinity pool is nice, beach is nice. Apt is 1km from casino and 2km from beach club. You cannot survive without a car. Some tour guide pickups at hard rock complex are complicated by security. I would just drive to one of their pickup locations and avoid hard rock complex pickups.

It's in a great area, Ioana is wonderful and helped me out so kindly. There's a lot of charm to this one! It was a perfect way to end the vacation, right next to the beach.

Stayed for 3 nights. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of the beach. 2 mins walk to the beach. Beach chairs provided on the beach. Staff were great and friendly, very responsive. I didn’t use the AC and only paid $5 for the 4 days I was there. I felt the AC never got cold so I didn’t use it after the initial try. This place is on the 4th floor so many steps and no elevator. Something to definitely consider if you have lots of luggage or don’t like stairs. Place was very clean and comfortable. There’s a water filter system in the room which was really a plus being that I drink lots of water. Bring your Yeti and Stanley to refill if you love water too. There is a bar next door that plays music all day and night. I slept with the windows open and after the first night I tuned it out. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. Will absolutely be staying here again. Great place, great value, great location, great staff.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Location is great for restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant-snack on-site with good selection at a good price. We slept very well. The resident crowd is very quiet. The bed is also very comfortable. The private beach and lots of beach palapas are great assets as no matter what time you arrive at the beach, there is always one available. The photos posted reflect the apartment. Our host Ludovino was very responsive when needed and is also very friendly. Overall a very nice stay.

Had an amazing stay with Jaay! Jaay and Ilianet were very responsive and helpful. Jaay was able to accommodate our early check in & helped coordinate transportation. We were even provided information on popular restaurants and nightlife near by.

Felix and his home are incredible! He was very accommodating for our group when our original Airbnb canceled on us last minute. He was at the property until almost 10pm making sure that everything was perfect for us after a long day of traveling and the hassle of our other accommodation issues. Couldn’t recommend a person to deal with more than Felix. Can’t wait to come back to Punta Cana, and will absolutely plan on staying again.

Love that there were bathrooms for all rooms. Pool area and patio was fantastic and allowed privacy. The property is just as described in the pictures.

We thought the villa was excellent. Very good location, close to everything, everything very organized, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We felt super good about the accommodation, it is definitely a place to come back to. Frank was the best host, very friendly, always attentive, when we arrived he was always in good communication and every day he wrote to us to see if something was needed; definitely a person who is super concerned about everything. We were very comfortable and delighted with the service!

We have been to this apartment complex several times and always felt very comfortable there. We will always be happy to come back here.

Great place to stay. Jacob is very friendly and response and if there is any challenges he is quick to address them. He also gives good recommendations for activities and places where you can get food at very low rates in comparison to all the more expensive options. I would definitely go back to this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. everything that is described in the photos and described are real. nice area for dogs, kids, family and single. pool area is nice and clean. easy access to transportation. hots was very quick to response

I booked Nelson’s place for husband’s 30th birthday trip and we had a wonderful stay. He left a bottle of wine for us to share as a thoughtful gift! It was a well kept and beautiful apartment with an even better view. The apartment is exactly as pictured. His place had all the little things you could need for a smooth and comfortable stay. The location was near the downtown Punta Cana area which is very convenient and had a high sense of security. Nelson was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling to Punta Cana.
