Vacation rentals with a patio in Punta Cana Village

Excellent. It's just like the photos and more! It has everything you need. The details are incredible. The cleanliness is 100%. The location is incredible. I loved staying at this place. Marie is a hyper host. I recommend it from total objectivity

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

BEAUTIFUL home!! Nice and quiet area for a relaxing vacation. The beaches were filled with seaweed/rocks but it’s bearable enough to still swim. Every worker was helpful, nice and aided with any question. As with the airbnb, it was absolutely stunning and better than the pictures. The only thing is the water pressure was not working on the showerhead so you had to use the tiny one.

I have rented from Sebastian few times, his service and support is second to none. The Unit was very clean, specious (actually the largest of one BR I ever rented in Cap Cana) and comfortable. No issues what so ever. I initially rented for a week then extend it another 10 days. Will ask for the same place next time.

2nd stay would stay again !

This home was absolutely beautiful. Any issues were resolved Within the same day. the host manager met us at the house first day and communicated that day prior and the day of check in to make sure we arrived safely. they also had recommended taxi service to pick us up from the airport. The pool and the outdoor area was beautiful and very private. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice, spacious, and clean—exactly as pictured. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the pool was the perfect size and very clean—great for relaxing during our stay. The host was super helpful, quick to respond, and even sent us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our trip even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. This airbnb was in a nice, safe, and quiet community with 24/7 security. It is a little farther from the beach about 15 minutes but ubers are very cheap in Punta Cana. Also if you want to book excursions through trip advisor you will probably have to uber to a nearby hotel in order to get picked up. Other than that, airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures. Huge grocery store nearby and many food options. I would definitely stay again.

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

It’s a nice place in Punta Cana
