It is a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for resting, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

Alejandra has a beautiful apartment; it exceeded our expectations! His response was on time, which helped us a lot since we had been traveling around the country and sometimes we did not have Internet access. Alejandra is also a very friendly person and attentive to our needs. We hope to welcome you back to your accommodation in the future.

We had an excellent experience over the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the love with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. We would definitely go back!

We stayed at Patricio's house for an extended weekend in Salinas and the experience was excellent. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing with the family. The area seemed quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Patricio was very kind and always made sure we were okay, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

I had a great experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying. Communication with the host was quick and cordial at all times. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, it has a beautiful view and is very well organized and distributed. Very comfortable to go with the family, we had a great time and we will definitely be back!

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!
