The cottage has all the basic amenities: electricity, running water, air conditioning, a modern kitchen, a shower, a toilet, a wood-fired sauna, a gas grill, a large terrace, and a private rowboat. At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (5.1-9.30).

This atmospheric 2-person beach cottage is for you, who appreciate the tranquility of the countryside, the proximity of nature and the leisurely moments by the water. The cottage is located on a beautiful, rocky lakeside plot, in the courtyard of the main building, which is in use all year round. Access to the beach is via stairs or, alternatively, a more gentle path. The cottage rental includes linen, towels and tablecloths. The nearest shop and pharmacy can be found in Kylmäkoski, just 4.5 km away.
