The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The cozily furnished house offers all kinds of possibilities for a great vacation on the Moselle – entirely according to taste and mood, because it has it all. A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and bathroom and via a small narrow staircase you can reach the balcony as well as a living room and a bedroom. There is also a desk for working.

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakers and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace (our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you need. We are regularly there with friends or family ourselves.

The apartment, which was ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials, consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House". The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
