First off we were highly impressed by the security process as it is very safe. There are 2 cameras outside the apt door as well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The A/C was in each bedroom & was perfect. There were 2 terraces on each floor which was amazing! We left the terrace doors open & never had even one mosquito. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The Host bends over backwards to keep you happy! My group and I will definitely stay here again!!!

A tranquil pool is located at the center of the building, surrounded by lush greenery and modern finishes. The clear water reflects the blue sky above, while inviting lounge areas are positioned along the pool's perimeter beneath the sunny expanse.

My wife & I wanted a place not too far from the city & also not too deep into the neighborhoods. This penthouse was beautiful, clean, good security, private parking, easy to get to, & with the most impressive view of the mountain side & the city. we loved it so much we asked if it was for sale. This spot is great if you want to feel safe & have everything just 5 minutes away. I highly recommend it. Will be using this penthouse again & again.

I’ve traveled to Santiago many times and La Zurza II neighborhood is one of the best. Clean and friendly Noemi has created a a very comfortable living space that is ideal for short or long term stays. She is super accommodating and responsive to anything that is needed. This is my new home away from home, so don’t get too comfortable.

La estadía en Villa Doña Alida cumplió con las expectativas que mi grupo se había creado con la propiedad. Lo primero que nos gustó fue el hecho de que esta en un complejo cerrado por la seguridad y tranquilidad que esto implica. El interior lo encontramos tal como esta en la descripción. Nuestra área favorita fue la amplia terraza donde realizamos nuestra cena de fin de año. Otro plus importante es el Jacuzzi privado con calentador. Es muy agradable estar en el Jacuzzi con agua caliente cuando la temperatura esta en 18C. No tuvimos tiempo de probar el área de BBQ, pero se ve muy bien. Durante nuestra estadía no tuvimos mayores problemas y las pequeñas cosas que surgieron fueron rápidamente atendidas por los anfitriones y su encargado Danny. Definitivamente, esperamos tener la oportunidad de regresar en otra ocasión a disfrutar de Villa Doña Alida.

Great place to spend some quite time. The place is clean and neat. Maid, Doña Ramona is awesome. She is very attentive and keeps everything neat. If not raining, 4x4 is not necessary, although you need vehicles with high clearance. If raining, 4x4 is necessary. Hot tub is a great asset but you need to manage the water heating propane and not keep it running all time. Otherwise you will run out of propane if you are staying multiple days. Overall, great place to spend some family time.

I can’t thank Molly enough for the local recommendations! The place was beyond beautiful and had everything we needed. The best part was the helpful book in English and Spanish! It was filled with local things and tourist things to do! I highly reccomend booking with Molly if it’s your first time in jarabaccoa! Elfriedo is the caretaker and can make your stay as comfortable as you need! He is a great fire builder and ensures that your stay is seamless! Again if you are thinking of going to jarabaccoa and want an amazing stay, stay with Molly and she can assist with all your travel needs! 10 out of 10!

Tuve q reservar con unas semanas de anticipacion en plena epoca navideña. Cuando llegue al apto me percate q el breaker del calentador estaba dañado. Se lo comunique a Federico pero el no logro conseguir electricista q visitar el apto (por la epoca de fiestas) asi q yo consegui uno q lo cambio y sw lo comunique a Federico. Este me devolvio el costo de la reparacion por transferencia bancaria.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The location was stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The property was spotless, and the variety of restaurants nearby was fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely return! Highly recommend!
