We stayed for two nights at Juha's place and everything was as described. He was communicating proactive and replied very fast. The cottage is well equipped for up to six people. Location great if you use the skiing facilities in Messilä. Definitely recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful, open yet private place. It’s the perfect getaway if you’re looking for peace, nature, and a bit of luxury. The surroundings are incredibly calm and beautiful, a true escape from the noise of everyday life. One of the highlights was the little squirrel who visited us every day. We even gave him a name: Kaspery. The house itself is beautifully designed, with two saunas and direct access to the lake, ideal for a refreshing dip after a sauna session. There were plenty of towels provided. The bedrooms were lovely, with enough closet space and comfortable beds. The living area featured a nice fireplace, making the evenings extra cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you could need to cook, including sharp knives, a coffee maker, and all essential utensils.A special thanks to Markus, who was an outstanding host. He always responded quickly and friendly to any question. He even let us know when the polar lights were visible.

The visit for a few nights went on 10/10 in Vääksy. The stay was just what the brochure promised, if not a touch better. Sauna, hot tub, etc. I highly recommend this home. I could imagine that in the summer, a couple of nights in this place might even be too short a visit.

A wonderful place off the beaten track with everything you need and more. Nice to know: the road was a bit rough when we visited in early Spring, but luckily I have a car with high ground clearance. The cottage is pure luxury; floor warming, A/C, a very well equipped kitchen, georgeous views, nice Sauna, tidy bathroom and a very spacy lounge. And the Silence, when sitting on the large terrace at nights. Incredible. We chose this for work, partly based on the fact that Wifi is fast. It was. The host is superb, you get all the information you need and she was most welcoming. I hope we can use this plave in the future as well. It is well worth the price and highy recommended.

We spent five wonderful days in the villa by the lake. The cottage is very cozily furnished and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. Of course, the sauna is great, the use of which has become our daily ritual. The view from the large window front offers a different atmosphere at any time of the day. On the frozen lake we were able to take beautiful winter walks and go ice skating. Miina has always provided us with great tips. Communication with her was great. We would love to come back and can recommend the villa to anyone who appreciates beautiful landscapes and nature experiences!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house, regularly used the sauna and bathed in ice in the frozen lake. For us, the place was perfect.

A fancy wilderness cottage on a stunning hillside with clear waters. Lapland vibe in the south. I'm sure we'll come back!
