The accommodation is close to every attraction by foot, such as Jesselton point, seafood market, handy craft market. in the facility, there are towels, and kitchen with a simple cooking ware, refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. and we really appreciate that there is a washing machine with detergent. Mr Almend is really friendly person, introducing local recommendations, and he organised the local tour. we joined in river close. he drove us to the ferry. we saw monkeys, sunset, and fire flies. we really enjoy staying at his accommodation. thank youm

It is only a five-minute walk from Jueston Pier, and several convenience stores downstairs, which is convenient.The room is very clean, there is no odor, facing the sea, and the view is very good.Hosts will contact you in advance, so it's easy and easy to take videos of how to check in and what to expect.The room also has a conversion outlet and a filter shower, which is also very convenient.Recommended, stay here again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and maintained great communication throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and welcoming. The place itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with full amenities—from a first aid kit to thoughtful, child-friendly accessories that really made a difference for our family. Every corner of the home reflected great attention to detail, making it not just comfortable but truly enjoyable. Thank you to the host for creating such a lovely and accommodating space. We stayed in HypnosSuites' apartment for a week, had a very smooth communication before our stay, the team of housekeepers responded quickly, the biggest advantage of this apartment is the location, facing the sea view, opposite is the Sabah Central Market and the Philippine market, it is very convenient to buy seafood, there is a department store on the side, shopping at the supermarket is also convenient, and it is not far to go to Gaya Street.Thank you very much for everything the team of apartment housekeepers prepared for us.Even though the balcony door wouldn't close on the first night, it was taken care of the next day in a timely manner.It would be better if the kitchen was equipped with a smoker.There is no dry and wet separation in the cool room, the ground is wetter after the cooler, the elderly should be especially careful, easy to slip, overall pleasant stay, thank you again!

This homestay and friends are very close to the airport 10 minutes to the airport by car to more people to live safely and personally feel that more people will be staying in the villa will be better because if you have to get around the city, the host is very warm and positively reply to the information. The whole price is good. You must sleep with earplugs.💤

It's a great place to stay with your family. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was well-equipped with what I needed, so I used it comfortably like my own home! It was a restaurant on the first floor, and I used the convenience store well, and the playground and swimming pool on the 7th floor were good ^ ^ I walked around Snow Tone Mall and Suriasaba. I recommend it.♡

It's a great place to stay. Host was very friendly, quick respond & very helpful. Easy self service check in. Kitchen was complete with utensils. We can cook easily during our stay. Plus they provide the water dispenser that its safe to drink ❤️. WiFi & Washing machine also in a good condition I highly recommend this place.

Very nice apartment. In Kota Kinabalu there are two major places to stay in. One closer to the airport and the second one which is Jesselton Quay. I trule recommend Jesselton Quay due to better place to visit some attractions, e.g. no matter what trip did you buy, you are the last to pick up and the first to drop off. Our apartment has absolutely everything what is needed to relax and enjoy your visit.

The location was fantastic, situated right above the largest shopping mall in KK. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The host was very responsive and recommended excellent places to eat, as Sabah is famous for its delicious seafood. Everything was within walking distance. The balcony view overlooked the garden, and the renovations made us feel as if we were away from KK until stepping outside. We can't wait to stay there again.

The room is very nice, you can see the mountains on one side of the window and the sea on the other, it's very beautiful, watching the sunset from the balcony is very beautiful.The room is very clean and the decoration style is very modern. It's really nice to have a direct water dispenser. We have a lot of people, so it avoids the trouble of constantly boiling water.The host was very nice. After the stay, they provided us with luggage storage services. It was very convenient to deposit and pick up the luggage.There are also many restaurants downstairs, the food is very good, and there are 2 24-hour convenience stores.Grab is also very convenient, downstairs is the pick-up point, a perfect check-in experience.
