We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and very walkable to the beach, local attractions and restaurants. The host provided some very helpful local recommendations.

We loved staying here - the house is in a quiet street and was perfect for our family group of eight. It is light and airy, clean and tidy, has plenty of space, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen - everything we needed. It was wonderful having the pool and garden space for the grandchildren, and lovely deck area to enjoy a BBQ. It is an easy walk to the supermarket, shops and restaurants, and a short drive to Splash Planet, the fabulous Farmers Market and orchards. The location is ideal for exploring the fabulous Hawkes Bay. Thank you Michelle!

As others have said - and Tania warned us - the driveway is narrow at places but OMG the trepidation of the driveway is so worth it !! The views are probably the best in Napier. We are pretty sure we saw the house in a photo in the Napier museum so built pre 1927 when photo was taken which means it survived the earthquake and fire of 1931. Many original features still there but updated where necessary and in keeping - the furniture is plentiful and in keeping with the house . Steep descent/ ascent into town but only 10mins away. We loved the house and would love to return one day - already recommended it to friends!!

Great place for our 3 day stay in Napier. Very central and good access to Napier town and winery. Everything great. My only suggestion is to put an iron and ironing board in the accommodation.

Kirstie’s place was just perfect! The view was stunning, the house was so comfortable and immaculate, and had every amenity we needed. We can’t recommend highly enough and can’t wait to stay again!

Hayley’s place was the perfect home away from home! The space was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being right next to the beach was such a treat. The amenities were top-notch and everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up. Hayley was a wonderful host, making sure we felt welcome and had great sets of instructions for all the equipment. Would absolutely love to stay here again – highly recommend!

We were looking for a home with lots of space for a family and a dog and Karina’s house was the perfect spot as we were able to book the cabin room so that we could have space and quiet for a young baby. The space is large and flexible for a family and the garden is a beautiful place to relax. Karina was a great host: friendly and helpful when we needed anything and she even baked us a welcome cake :)

We stayed for the Art Deco Festival, the perfect location for a group of friends. Spotless home, 4 bedrooms all with en-suites a luxury & central space to chill and relax. Hugely recommend, just be aware due to the magnificent Hugh ceilings and open plan sound does travel.

Fantastic Stay in Ahuriri! We recently spent three nights at this fabulous Airbnb in Ahuriri, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront and close to great cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and scenic, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The property was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish yet cozy. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our daily adventures. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ahuriri. We hope to return soon!

Our group of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our time at Roz & Michael’s apartment in Ahuriri, Napier. The luxury apartment was huge, modern, spotlessly clean and appointed to a very high standard with quality furnishings, fittings, linens and towels. The bathrooms and pantry were well stocked. There was covered parking for two cars and lift access to the apartment making it easily to move luggage. The view was so spectacular we spent two of the afternoons, of our short time here, at the apartment so as to make the most of it. The hosts were easy to communicate with very helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a visit to Napier.

The Loft Apartment in Ahuriri Napier was a huge surprise. It’s so well designed with high quality furniture and a great layout. It’s right above the village and easy walking to fabulous restaurants and cafes. Both bedrooms are large with beautiful en suite bathrooms. The sitting room is really large with a lovely outdoor eating area undercover which catches the afternoon sun. The kitchen has everything you need. A perfect spot for 2 couples. Amazing!!

Our first time visit to Napier, and what an outstanding city. Art deco on steroids, Super friendly, sophisticated and plenty to do. We had a week at Laneway apartments and could have stayed longer. The apartment is centrally located, 3 minute walk to fabulous cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets only 5 minutes walk. Winery suggestions from our super responsive and friendly hosts were spot on. Chilling out on the outdoor patio of the apartment made it so difficult to dine out. The apartment is probably not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties as there are a couple of flights of stairs, however we found them very easy. Parking is close by also. Thank you to Greg and Wendy for making us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Highly recommend The Residence - we already can’t wait to come back. It is absolutely stunning - so many incredible touches, everything was very comfortable and extremely clean. we were extremely happy here, with nice extras like beautiful heated floors in the bathroom and a brilliant selection of teas in the kitchen plus a coffee machine. The place is both beautifully decorated and comfortable. We adored it. Wendy was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants too.

Truly a beautiful home and the gardens are stunning. Ana’s home has absolutely everything you could want and so many lovely spaces inside and out to sit and soak in the sunshine. It is full of style but in a very relaxed and easy way that makes it so warm and inviting. Not only is the home gorgeous but Ana is the loveliest host and a wonderful communicator. The home instructions are perfect and very easy to follow. I would return again tomorrow if I could. Thank you so much to Ana and her family for having us! It felt like a second home for us and we were very sad to leave.

Wow! It was so lovely to stay in this period property in beautiful Napier. Yvonne and Steve were super hosts; friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It felt very comfortable in their company. Breakfasts were great, healthy and filling. I loved the leaf green tea. Charles loved Steve’s famous morning coffee. It was like being back to nature but with everything on your doorstep. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a great time staying in Napier. The house was about a 1.3km walk into Napier. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the house had a big deck out the back which was not overlooked by other houses. It was an older home but it was clean, tidy and spacious.

We had the most wonderful 3 nights in Napier at Derek’s place. We got to spend time as a family in the most perfect location! The place had an amazing view of the bay while being a very short walk into town. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Napier

We had a wonderful time at Briar's lovely home. It suited our big extended family with a few little ones. Very spacious and everything we needed was available.
