The complex, located 15 minutes from Tongoy and Guanaqueros, has direct beach access, swimming pools (one of them heated), a paddle tennis court, pickleball, a gym, restaurant, and mini market. During January and February the club offers daily activities for the whole family.

A large 15m2 terrace and a clear view towards Socos and Tongoy beaches, perfect for resting and relaxing while looking at the sea all year round. Located on the 2nd floor, this 2D and 2B apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has direct access to the pool, beach and all the condominium facilities.
