Rio San Juan is a very quiet and colorful town. The apartment is very close to Laguna Grigri and Playa los Mino, very nice for walking early in the day or in the afternoon after eating at a restaurant nearby. The bathroom is very small but has everything you need, the terrace is a good place to sit and watch the birds and get fresh air. It was nice to be in a place that felt safe, Gilberto gave us a lot of confidence when we arrived, we ran into him and he greeted us, although the entrance is independent.

Great place to stay, everything was clean and spotless really felt at home. Host was awesome! Me and my family enjoyed our stay, and definitely coming back.

Lovely place, has a beautiful pool and lake, also has a grill that was a nice surprise and many amenities like hair dryers, etc. Very responsive.

Erickson is super friendly, polite, diligent, my travel companions and I were really surprised by his attentiveness, 100/10. He made recommendations for places and was always attentive to our stay. The apartment is super complete, very well equipped, comfortable, we had everything we needed, the location is the best I've been to in Las Terrenas and I've come multiple times. I would definitely stay here again when I return, hoping it's available.

Nice lower level condo with huge patio in front with super easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I spent two nights there and enjoyed the super comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

We had a very nice time, the accommodation is in a very nice and quiet condominium, the apartment is comfortable and nice overlooking a lake, everything was very clean and although the kitchen was small it served us very well, well cleaned and well-kept accommodation. The owners were very nice and helped me with everything I asked, answering very quickly. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with a very nice pool on the beachfront and the beach area is spectacular.

Good condominium and apartment close to the beach.

I went with my husband and we loved the place. Just like in the photos, everything was clean, organized, comfortable, in general everything was really good. Good location, as it is close to everything and at the same time you can rest peacefully as the complex is quiet. Very friendly, available every time they were contacted, accessible for any request you might have. I would definitely go back. ☺️

Had a wonderful stay! Beds were comfortable there was plenty of towels. the view is AMAZING. and the place is as described so quiet and relaxing. Lisette was very responsive and messaged back within minutes to answer any questions i had. It was my first time in Las Terrenas and definitely not my last. I would not hesitate to book this beautiful apartment again!

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

The accommodation is spacious and the location in the first row to the sea is fantastic. On the terrace you can experience beautiful sunsets. The beach is not crowded and slopes down to the sea, only sand without stones. The penthouse itself is lovingly designed, but due to its age and proximity to the sea, it has some signs of aging. In detail, it no longer looks as perfect as in the pictures, for Dom. Rep. conditions, it was totally okay for us. The topic of preventive maintenance and control of the facility has potential. Furthermore, the accommodation is not necessarily suitable for children, there are already a few crash points. There were some things that didn't work, but everything was fixed within a very short time. Ronny responds very quickly, is easily accessible and makes an exemplary effort to give guests a pleasant stay. We were 12 people and were able to fully enjoy our stay.

My stay with my family was great, the apartment was super clean, quiet and spacious. Carolina was very friendly and always attentive to us. I recommend it♥️.
