Great place, clean. Eduardo was always responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much! The place is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and things to do.

The accommodation was impeccably clean and every detail was thought out to make the stay comfortable and cozy: the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed, from utensils to small details such as complimentary coffee and tea. Luis was a great host—very attentive and responsive. The place is perfect for spending time with family and offers plenty of space. The only recommendation I would make is regarding the kitchen compartments under the countertop. There was a slight odor, possibly due to a need for deeper cleaning in that area, and we had to wash all of the pots and pans to remove some of the smell. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we really enjoyed the space!

Excellent hostess is always attentive to everything one needs. I felt at home the location super close to the best center. Comercial mall IBuenavista the house in excellent condition very clean and fresh at all times they advised me on everything to enjoy the city I would definitely stay again the photos are identical to the one of the house and I felt comfortable as a family is the best place where I have stayed in Colombia very sure I will come back a lot thanks to beautiful and her mom are excellent people

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

Admittedly, Baranquilla is not the cozy tourist place, but more of a mighty metropolis on Colombia's coast, which distributes the goods delivered by sea from the mighty port across the country. But Elias and Arnaud's house more than makes up for the perhaps missing charm of the city, maybe it's worth a detour on its own. With attention to detail, the two have spectacularly renovated their 1930s home and let every Airbnb guest Grandezza feel. The fact that the two hosts took the time to explain the history of the house was the Cherry on the cake. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, as seen in the photos, spacious, very well decorated and gifted. The communication with Ricardo was very smooth and the person who gave us was very kind and willing to help us, I recommend it!

Everything was great. The price is even low for such a good place (don't change it, hehe)🥹. The area is safe and quiet. The apartment's amenities are super luxurious, technological and advanced. The tub is super delightful and relaxing. I would definitely go back. 🥹🫶🏽

This property was large, clean and conveniently located for Carnivale activities. 5 adults had plenty of space. The apartment was spotless although amenities/toiletries were the bare minimum. We appreciated use of the washer/dryer but had to supply our own detergent. No toiletries or spare towels were provided, so we washed our towels as needed and had brought our own toiletries. The hot water in one of the bathrooms is tricky to use and we did not have hot water for showers until we figured it out. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was easily reachable and responsive to concerns. Overall, we had a great stay!

Very good value for money, very good location

The host was very helpful & responsive the entire trip. Gave us a great list of recommendations for things to do & places to eat. There isn't a super market or food close by you can walk to, but there are options to get food delivered. To get around town you have to get a taxi or Uber everywhere if you don't rent a car. There was 1 day that the lights went out. from about 7am until 8pm, which was inconvenient, however the host very was acomodating & offered transportation services for that day, and even offered solutions for another apartment if the city didn't resolve the issue. Over all great trip & I would stay here again.

Very good stay. The building has many amenities and is well located. The apartment is super clean and with everything you need. Also, Carlos is a very good host, he was on the lookout all the time and we even forgot a cane and called us right away so we could return and pick it up. RECOMMENDED
