An oceanfront “casita” at beautiful Matanchen Bay, Nayarit. If you like sunbathing, beachcombing, ocean kayaking or any other salt life pastimes, you will find this retreat satisfying your every wish. Well-behaved pets are welcome, with an added fee ($100.00 Mx per dog per day, due on arrival). The town of Aticama is only 5 Minutes by car. There is OXXO and Restaurant within walking distance. The villa is spacious and well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and wonderfully soft linens. The patios and rooftop deck provide ocean and mountain views and ample space to enjoy the wonderful climate. An oasis of comfort set in beautiful Playa Las Tortugas, one of the least crowded beaches you'll ever visit. Our high-speed internet makes La Villa Reyes an ideal remote office.

Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.

Casa Bello is a spacious brand new home located on Playa Matanchen. The house is located just steps away from Matanchen Beach, one of widest sandy beaches in the area. We have a private infinity pool and covered BBQ on the roof, with some of the best views of the Matanchen Bay Area. This is a very comfortable house great for families! Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. Relax and enjoy this beautiful space!
