Great living room, spacious dining room (please don't take the chairs outside) and a large living room with pool table. In addition, a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside, large parks, terraces, gazebo and children's play area. The house is located 5 minutes from Santa Cruz near all the vineyards in the area.

The house is located in a 22 house condominium, which there are only 5 residents. The common areas have a quincho, swimming pool, club house. From the house to the lakeside it's about 200 meters approx.
