The experience at this home in Quito was excellent. The place is comfortable, clean, well located and with a very nice view of the city. Everything was just as described in the listing, which generated a lot of trust from the start. The area is quiet and safe, ideal both for rest and for getting around easily to different points in the city. I especially want to highlight the attention of the host, who was very kind, respectful and always attentive to every detail during my stay. From the first contact, communication was clear and fast. It gave me very useful recommendations on places to visit, where to eat and how to move around the city, which made my stay even more enriching. I felt very well received and cared for, which I really value when I'm away from home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience in Quito, with an attentive host.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Julián was a very friendly person and attentive to the needs that arose, he helped us solve problems we had and we had a very pleasant time in his accommodation, 100% recommended

Hello, perfect stay, everything was good, a very nice place because of the views it has

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything you need for an extended stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shops, public transportation stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the electric shower, which does not work consistently. It is necessary to constantly adjust the water flow to prevent it from becoming boiling water or, on the contrary, water that is too cold. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if the bedroom had thicker, darker curtains.

The place is cozy, the suite is on a high floor. My favorite thing is the large parking lot. It does not have a fully equipped kitchen but it has an electric heater that served us very well to prepare food, it has a small refrigerator, dishes and pots. The bathroom with hot water. And it also has a small shelf with snacks that you can eat and leave the money there, I think it's ingenious. The surroundings are quiet, shops and bakery are around the corner. There's even a church nearby. The suite is totally private. I'd stay again.
