Seasonal HOME RENTAL: This is not just an apartment, it's my home. I have designed it with great care, thinking of creating an cozy space. This is my home and for work reasons I spend some seasons out of Madrid, so I'm looking for a tenant to take care of her as much as I do. During your stay you will be able to have the entire apartment for you (I only have some personal things saved), so I hope you will enjoy this space as I do. This newly renovated home combines design, comfort, and functionality to deliver a unique experience. It has a cozy living room with a sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a separate double bedroom and a second double bedroom in open space, plus a handy work area. It has high-speed wifi and two full bathrooms, equipped with towels, gel and shampoo for your convenience. A quiet space, attention to detail and designed for you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay in an unbeatable location. The whole apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. In addition, you will find: • towels and sheets • shampoo, shower gel and hand soap • Air Conditioner • Heating • Free WiFi • fully equipped kitchen • washer • TV • and iron. *Note that we do not provide extra set of keys. Everything shown in the pictures is how you will find my apartment and you can make use of everything. Remember that this is a seasonal accommodation and therefore must be intended for this purpose, whether for work, medical or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a habitual residence. It will be necessary to sign the temporary rental agreement that is governed by the provisions of article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Law. We will send you the instructions next to your check-in.

Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
