Close to supermarkets and restaurants. There are two small steps at the entrance to the apartment.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, where parking is free, so if you come with your car you won't have to pay for parking. Ideal for enjoying downtown Madrid and then retiring to rest in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It's a third floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR!🛗
