Todd was an amazing host and never went without 2 minutes before answering our inquiries. We were skeptical on coming here because of the one star review but all of the 5 star reviews made us overlook and book this villa and may we say that we were very impressed with our stay. The house was spotless. Very clean inside and out. Rooms were great sizes and beds very comfortable. No bugs inside the home at all during our stay. We will guarantee be back here hopefully 2x a year! Its our new vacation home!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Charming House it truly felt like a little slice of magic. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean, and so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it super easy to have a private chef come in and cook for us a real highlight of our trip! The location is fantastic, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property’s security is very thorough: everyone (including Ubers and friends) needs a code and an ID to enter the complex. It took a bit of planning, but I appreciated the extra peace of mind it provided. Communication with our host was great she responded quickly to every question and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I’m giving this Airbnb 4.5 stars. It’s a gorgeous home in a great location, and I’d happily stay here again! ❤️

A very good place to rest

Overall this was a great stay. The home is located in an area that is still being developed, but we felt very safe and it was not far from the beach, local restaurants and other attractions. I would highly recommended .

For our first guys trip, this place was exactly what we needed. Gabriela was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The accommodations met our expectations perfectly. We had a great time and only regret not booking a longer stay!

We were very pleased by how well stocked the house is for dining events and everyday living. The Host is knowledgeable and very helpful, any questions are resolved quickly. We were truly happy there. We were very pleased with how well-stocked the house is for food events and everyday life. The "Host" is well informed and very helpful, any questions are quickly resolved. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom villa. Salomon, the host and all his staff, were fantastic. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. Both pools were very beautiful and refreshing and the kids loved the playground! We spent our evenings in the social spaces, enjoying the barbecues and the beautiful exterior. A big advantage was that the beach was only a 10-minute drive away, which was very convenient. Would highly recommend for a perfect family getaway!

Maura was extremely attentive with us the entire time! The place looks exactly like pictures. The only things I would suggest is a bit cleaner and to provide basics like a little bit of laundry detergent

We thought the villa was excellent. Very good location, close to everything, everything very organized, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We felt super good about the accommodation, it is definitely a place to come back to. Frank was the best host, very friendly, always attentive, when we arrived he was always in good communication and every day he wrote to us to see if something was needed; definitely a person who is super concerned about everything. We were very comfortable and delighted with the service!

I will definitely stay there again. It's private and secure. Also the maintenance guy Daniel always help us out whenever we need something. The other guy at the gate he's available whenever we need to get in or out. i highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay for my wife’s 40th birthday surprise vacation. Nomar and staff were great and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and requests. Would stay again.

Felix and his home are incredible! He was very accommodating for our group when our original Airbnb canceled on us last minute. He was at the property until almost 10pm making sure that everything was perfect for us after a long day of traveling and the hassle of our other accommodation issues. Couldn’t recommend a person to deal with more than Felix. Can’t wait to come back to Punta Cana, and will absolutely plan on staying again.
