Agradable estudio con excelente ubicación.

Estamos a 20 minutos🚗 de Angelopolis, cinco minutos de avenida Juarez, 20 minutos del centro histórico y a 5 minutos de la central camionera. Plaza San Pedro se encuentra a dos calles. Cuenta con estacionamiento privado con costo adicional, todos los servicios y amenidades. Cerca de todas las universidades importantes de la ciudad. Cuenta con un pequeño comedor, baño completo , dos camas de tamaño matrimonial. Tenemos wifi , monitor e impresora (previa solicitud) por si vienes por trabajo.

Se accede por el mismo portón de la casa, pero la habitación tiene su entrada totalmente independiente, lo cual te permite entrar y salir sin limites de horario. Muy amplia (8 x 4)y muy iluminada. Zona tranquila, excelente ubicación, transporte público y zonas comerciales a la mano. Ofrezco tranquilidad e independencia absoluta.
