Cozy mountain house, 170 square meters, 7,200 meters of land, two rooms, a full bathroom with bathtub and shower and another 1/2 bathroom(toilet only). The kitchen dining room, wifi , satellite TV in each room , there is no good signal for cell phones but if there is wifi. The construction is from 2015, anti-seismic , with thermal windows, very cool in summer and with wood-burning heating in winter ( it can be supplied with additional payment) . It is a 45 minute drive from Santiago and an hour from Valparaiso.
