Excellent host always attentive to everything, the cabin is conveniently located with the possibility of accessing a beautiful beach. Excellent heating, it had two air conditioners plus a fireplace and a bag of firewood as a gift. Super recommended place

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

The house is very comfortable and with everything we needed and more. Two kayaks that allowed the visit to the pools. Comfort in every detail, like soft sheets, excellent towels. Equipped bathrooms. And the kitchen with everything you need. It also has a number of games that make the evenings even more enjoyable. We can't fail to mention the help of Marcela, who accompanied us and helped with the cleaning and cooking, an excellent chef!!! If you can go, don't hesitate, you'll have a wonderful time. 100% recommended.

Excellent apartment! Modern and comfortable, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is perfect minutes from the restaurants on the coast of Villarrica and quick departure to Pucón and surroundings, which is what we were looking for to know pa area. Myriam, was always attentive to respond to any concerns and very clear instructions for entry and departure.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the condominium's common spaces and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

Very well-equipped apartment in perfect condition, matches what is offered, about the environment, I would say that it is very quiet, bordered and inserted in nature, finally I would point out that it has excellent accessibility and connectivity to the urban center and to Pucon's equipment areas.

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything we needed. Cesar met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. We had a flexible check in time and check out time which made life easier. There was a washing machine and drier in another building which needed tokens. If you have a Chilean bank account you can do a bank transfer to purchase the tokens but it’s more difficult if you don’t. However, Cesar very kindly bought the tokens for us and we gave him the cash. Thank you Cesar! And to Alejandro for the use of your wonderful apartment!

Wonderful accommodation. I highlight the kindness, worries and friendliness of Juan José, without a doubt an excellent host, of all my trips, the best host I have known so far, responds quickly and clearly all questions. The apartment is very nice, like, spacious, surrounded by a fantastic environment, ideal for going with the family and relaxing, I recommend it 1000%, when I travel back to Pucón I would love to stay in this apartment again. A good stay, a beautiful view of the volcano, but not of the lake. Ideal to rest if you are looking for relaxation and rest, totally recommended. If you are looking for more entertainment and to get to know the southern area very close to Pucon, Villarrica and all its tourist attractions and surroundings. Points for improvement: cleanliness of sheets and towels. Which are noticeably already worn and have a bad smell from being in closed furniture. A good option is to have a washing machine available for use, independently resolving the issue of hygiene of sheets and towels. In the main bathroom, the hot water works very well, but the shower drain does not. It still has water retention. The ad is not very accurate. It offers a gazebo, but it was not updated when renting the house that had suffered a fire and was unusable. It was replaced by a portable grill. Upon arrival we noticed that the gate was off the rail, it was fixed. Very large and comfortable house, nice view of the volcano and sunset.

Everything was excellent, getting there was a bit complicated, the public address took us close but not to the entrance. That's the only thing that needs improvement. The host was very friendly and even came out to look for us.

We had a rich week at Barbara's house, a quiet place, with a beautiful park. With two beaches nearby, almost on the patio of the house, one of them practically private. The condo is very close to Licanray , but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The comfortable and spacious house, cozy...was what we were looking for to rest and take advantage of the lake.

Our stay at Matías's house was exceptional, standing out for its warmth and the comforts offered. Surrounded by nature, the house had essential appliances, including a dishwasher, that facilitated our rest. Caregiver support, assisting with tasks such as garbage removal and wood supply, significantly improved our experience. The house was clean at all times. The quincho, ideal for asados, became our favorite place to get together. We respect and take care of the property as our own, grateful for Matías's trust. We hope to return for a longer stay, eager to repeat this wonderful experience.

If you want to go to safety, I totally recommend this cabin/house next to the .lago, everything is very tidy and the best peace of mind for rest and enjoy the lake, in all ways we will return

I spent an amazing stay in this house in front of Lago Calafquén. The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, with a spectacular view and a peaceful setting that truly invites you to rest. Francisca was always on the lookout for what she was asked, very worried. Also, I would like to emphasize that the space was very suitable for traveling with an older adult with reduced mobility, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Undoubtedly, a 100% recommended place for those looking for comfort, nature and tranquility. I would return without hesitation!
