The building's reception staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to downtown Pucón and a quiet environment to rest. It is on a quiet street and on the lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy a gazebo and jacuzzi. Excellent stay, definitely highly recommended

Excellent accommodation, apartment as advertised in the photos, very clean and tidy, it comes with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, close to downtown Pucón and supermarkets. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the concierges when I had some questions. Also, thank you for the hospitality and the special touches when arriving at the apartment, such as the fruit, water and wine, which I didn't drink because my partner and I don't drink alcohol.

The apartment is extremely cozy and has everything a guest needs! The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean and already come with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen is very neat and has all the utensils you need to make a good breakfast or lunch/ dinner. The balcony is very large and you can relax and enjoy the view of the volcano quietly. The location is excellent as it is just a few blocks from downtown. Finally, the apartment is identical to the photos and the host Cristian is very receptive and always ready to help. We very much enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return!

Everything was excellent! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days in the area. If you don't go by car, there is no problem, as there is a bus that can take you to downtown Pucon.

The apartment is a studio but very nice and in a beautiful complex. It lacks a bit of cooking equipment but meets everything. Eduardo was super attentive and solved some things we asked for.

We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

Excellent view very good facilities

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 6, I brought my pillows, which is something we always do. It has a small terrace with partial lake view, the facilities are top notch. Don't forget to bring detergent and 500 coins for laundry in the -1 laundry room, washing costs $2,000 and drying another $2,000 more, the only thing that is involved is a dryer or towel hanger for washing the terrace. We enjoyed the lake and pool to the fullest. We recommend the place 100%.

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

Kathy is an excellent host as always. Building with a privileged location, very close to the center and tourist places in the area. Impeccable, perfect for a long or short stay.

Jorge is an excellent host, he had everything ready to welcome us; the terrace of the place with a view of 180 is impressive, in addition to the jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the view of the lake….. The spaces are very comfortable and the beds too…

We arrived at a quiet, very nice place. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we like it. The location is very good and the concierge team is also very friendly. Jano is definitely a great host and cares about his customers♥️
