We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Kika and her family were great hostes. They provided the apartment with all you need. Great place for famlies,grocerys and bakery very close by. This area is in general very quite. Kika and her family were very helpfull and friendly. We are very happy that we found that place and we hope to come back another time.

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Vasiliki's home was clean, spacious and had very beautiful surroundings. She was an excellent host, very responsive. The view from the house was exceptional. We would gladly come back 😊

House right on the sea with private bay. Lonely, great location! Relatively fast but also in Ouranoupolis, on Amouliani and on other beautiful beaches such as Karydibeach (Sithonia). We really enjoyed our holiday season! Nothing was missing in the house: kitchen well equipped, towels, beach towel, hair dryer,...everything there.

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

We booked Irini's house in the absolute off-season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool are perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the neighbors' cats. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster crows and the goatherd walks past the garden. But you definitely need a car, if only to visit the many beaches. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to eat at the Mpogiata restaurant! On the beach of Pefkohori between the pier and water sports Pefkohori, a few bars were also still open. The Whitebeach in our village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season, we would come back 100%.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Neos Marmaras. The view of the sea is pretty. Marini was very very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for food and drinks and places to visit. The communication was really good and friendly. We felt very welcome in Neos Marmaras. I would recommend this airbnb! It was also very clean. Comfortable bed and the balcony was great.

I stayed with Kostas and Gianna for 11 days. I was alone on vacation for the first time and was a little nervous at first. The nervousness subsided with the first step I took through the entrance gate. Gianna greeted me joyfully and spoiled me with great delicacies throughout the days. Kostas also made me feel welcome at all times and always gave me good tips for activities, beaches or restaurants. I have never experienced hosts who are so involved and also show sincere interest in the guests and include them. I was invited to the barbecue and on the day of departure to a delicious moussaka, which Gianna elaborately prepared. The dog Bianca was another highlight. You can hardly refuse her. And then there's the little baby cat Lisa. She won my heart 🥰 Then the location… It really is a little piece of paradise. Absolutely nothing was missing 🥰 Thanks Kostas & Gian

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

We experienced the proverbial Greek hospitality with Dimitris and family, always responsive, helpful, accommodating. Nea Fokeia is a clean place, very suitable for excursions in all directions. The location of the accommodation in the middle of the local action, beach, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. The house is tastefully furnished, bathroom a bit cramped, the sunrise, view from the veranda over the golf course, Sithonia to Athos made us forget the negatives, we felt completely comfortable.
