He is a very kind person. He stopped by to welcome us when we got home and brought us a cake. He was really nice.

The Sunset Beach house is just amazing, location wise is only 1h outside of Athens, you definitely need a car. In front of the gate theres the beach, where Katerina also provides chairs to take with you as it is a stone beach, the sunset happens just in front of the house as well. Theres BBQ, loads of chairs and the balcony has simply the most peaceful view. We had a wonderful time there filled with great memories, i hope to come back! Katerina is a lovely host, responds ASAP always, very kind and helpful, 100% recommended.

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

We stayed over the othodox Easter and enjoyed the house and the area around the house. The check in and communication was very easy and we always received quick answers from Ekterini. We had two babies with us and there was plenty enough space in the bedrooms to place a baby bed next to the beds. I recommend this stay!

We spent 13 days in Khaled's house. First of all, Khaled is extremely friendly and will do our best to make your stay perfect. Available, friendly and attentive. The place is simply idyllic with an amazing view, a private pool and only for your use with very nice dimensions. The house is also very quiet in a green setting and overlooking the island of Eubée. A few minutes away you will find the many restaurants, supermarket and beaches of Nea Palatia, The interest of this house is also its proximity to Athens (45 km ) which makes it an interesting starting point to regularly go to Athens to visit the many archaeological sites (Acropolis, Gora, Plaka...). The house lends itself well to visiting the Delphi site. I recommend it for families!

An amazing place to stay and feel that you are in an island just few hrs drive from Athens. The room was spotless clean, spacious and the view from pool was breathtaking. Iasonas is an amazing host and enjoyed our time there . Definitely we ll be back . Thank you Iasonas!

Great house, spaciously, lots of amenities, everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, in the rooms, and dining room. The host was very easy to contact and communicative, and when we had an issue with internet, he was very involved, calling the provider and fixing the issue in half an hour time. The host advised us regarding the food do not be left out unsealed, and we didn't take this in consideration until our bread or the sugar bag was full of ants. Recommend you keep everything in the fridge, unless sealed. The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, and Konstantinos said this is planed already. No markets, stores or facilities closed by, but you can drive 25 min to Lidl, or 10 min to a small store in the village. Very calm, quiet, private space. Huge garden, with lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees and figs. The private beach is a treat, walk down the backyard and through a gate go directly to the beach. Fantastic, we'll come back!
