Vacation rentals with a patio in Prvić Luka

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! Clean, cozy, and ideal in terms of amenities and location (walkable to the beach and to the old town). Worth mentioning that there is a parking place provided. Overall, we enjoyed the place very much 🙂

I stayed with my son for 4 nights. Everything was fine. We were happy with the cleanliness and disappearance of the apartment. There was probably nothing missing in the kitchen that you would expect. It's possible to see that the host thought about the kitchen and other spaces as if she were a guest. Great praise for this as we have the opposite experience in other places. We communicated with the host's father, Mr. Zoran, who was very helpful. Thank you so much for that. We were completely able to plug into the network and charge our electric car, I offered money for this service, but the host declined. So I am grateful for your willingness and access. The place is very close to the center, where we went to dinner and yet not disturbed by noise. I recommend using this place for your stay. George

Very nice lodge in old town

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! Ana and Nikola were such great hosts! From the first to the last day. We arrived, wrote to Nikola and he came out directly, showed me the parking lot and offered to carry the bags to the apartment. The days here were super relaxed, super nice and above all stress-free. The beach and the city are each 300 meters away on foot. It's the perfect apartment for one, two or seven days, no matter. The next time I am in Croatia, I will definitely book this place again. Free parking, clean apartment, drinks in the fridge and coffee available. And great location. Then cheap, we were happy all around here! Thank you so much Ana & Nikola!

We have just had an amazing time at this accommodation. The minute you arrive you feel welcomed into the apartments. A massive thank you to Mato and Nada who look after the apartments for making us feel so welcome and so at home. They often offered us food and even made us crepes on our last morning which tasted amazing. It was a thoughtful goodbye. The apartments had brilliant air conditioning which we needed due to it being very hot. The rooms were large and the balcony overlooked the beach and neighbouring islands. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony. The pool was fab and well designed. It gave shade throughout the day in some parts. The beach was in walking distance and also old town. You don’t need a car as everything is in easy reach. However we hired a car so that we could visit Split, Šibenik and Skradin as well as Krka national park. The parking was excellent and easy to use from the apartment. There is a little supermarket 5 mins walk away which was great as well. Thank you

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back 🥰

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Absolutely amazing place! The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. The view was just breathtaking! Josip was such an amazing host, very welcoming, and responsive. I would definitely return to this place!

Everything was perfect, only the services and restaurants in Jadrija are not open in September.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Great place, with a supermarket just opposite and a great view. We had a wonderful time and would come back.

I would recommend the place to anyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it's a maximum of 2 minutes walk. Nearby is the promenade at the beach bars and restaurants, you could also bring dogs everywhere. Price-performance was great

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

We stayed for a week at this place and Had a great time. Ante and His mother gave us a warm Welcome. Thank you and your mother Ante.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.
