Located in the Paraibuna neighborhood (Serra do Mar State Park), close to waterfalls, 12 km (4 km on the highway and 8 km on a dirt road – 40 minutes) from downtown and 40 km from Paraty. It has two en-suites: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed and two single beds. We accept dogs with prior notice.

Avoid lines on the ferry! You can leave your car in a parking lot in São Sebastião and cross by boat (the boat is not included in the house rental nor the parking lot). In 15 minutes you will be at a private pier in Ponta das Canas, north of the island. By land, it is 30 minutes from the ferry. Covered garage for two cars. Exclusivity, privacy and tranquility. 4 suites with ocean views, air conditioning and fan, living rooms and balcony, water sports structure. Boat not included in the rental.

Brazilian Tropical Forest Loft 2

Two charming lofts located in the midle of the Tropical Forest and 500m far from the beach and 2,3km from the Historical Center. Each loft has a king size bed, one of them has a mezzanino with a couple matress. Minibar, hdtv and wifi. It is sorrounded by the rain forest. The kitchen is in an open varanda and shared between the two lofts. As few streets to the beach are not asfalted yet, just 5 blocks, when it rains the access can be a bit difficult. During the summer in Brazil normally rains.

Green House of Bamboo and Clay, simple but charming. Close to the beach, paved street and easy access, yard and shared garage. We live in the front house and the bamboo house is in the back. Bedroom/living room, bathroom, pantry, kitchen, and laundry area. The hot tub can be used for an extra fee. We have bicycles for rent.
