West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Kitchenette, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, A/C, Wi-Fi, lawn. Flexible reservation dates not limited to weekly rentals. The place is a well-appointed studio: although more can squeeze in, it is optimal for one or two guests. No pets allowed. No smoking inside, of *anything*.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property.
