This is a wonderful spacious charming first floor room with a king bed, non-working fireplace, ceiling medallion and private bath steps away. You may wake early from the delicious aroma of something baking for your breakfast. Breakfast served in the dining room or on the deck. Before or after breakfast, a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach may be in order or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay. Come on -- get some sand in your shoes!!

Howards End - Room 2-1 (Queen Bed & Private Bath)

This room is on the second floor, and the size is about 150 sqft. It has a queen bed and a large private bathroom with bathtub. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House.. Room 5 is a SMALL room on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. It offers a king bed and private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.

“At Hydrangea Farm” is a quintessential Cape residence. The entire second floor of this original "full cape" is yours with a private entrance. SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL PRE-SET BREAKFAST and is served at 8 AM. Please know there is not a breakfast menu. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more .
