Dimora Sottomonte is a real gem in the hills of the Collio, the perfect place to escape the city for a long weekend. Our room "La libertà" was clean, the right size, and comfortable. Elena welcomed us with extreme helpfulness and kindness. Great experience, we are very happy

Best check-in we've ever had. Even the breakfast items were already purchased. Thank you! Francesco already had all the timetables, bus schedules, etc. and explained everything. The property is very homely. Parking in the parking garage 4 euros per day. Ideal! Highly recommended. Optimal also for various excursions.

Excellent and ideal location. We chose Valentina's accommodation because it allowed us to reach destinations such as Udine, Palmanova beautiful hexagonal city, Cividale, Redipuglia in 30 minutes, Gorizia and Gradisca in 10 minutes. In just over an hour you are in Trieste and Piran in Slovenia. The apartment is very clean, spacious and in a quiet place with a garden where my children played before leaving for our excursions. Ideal for a family. Nothing was missing and the abundant breakfast provided was really a nice surprise. Valentina is nice and very responsive. Excellent!

Claudia is a very special person. His house is a fairy tale. All thought out with love. He picked us up and took us to the city center, without having to use public transportation. The house is cozy and equipped with everything: perfect. In every space he showed us, there was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast table was already set with special details, sweets and a wonderful tart she made. The place is quiet, close to the beautiful Isonzo river. The balcony has a wonderful view and the sun enters the room, making everything so cozy that you won't want to leave. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for everything Claudia! * It's worth crossing the border to visit Nova Gorica where, right in the station, there's a museum on the border between Italy and Slovenia: exciting.

The quiet location away from the urban hustle and bustle invites you to relax. Despite the seclusion, all the important things are within easy walking distance. Communication was always smooth and pleasant. The beautiful ambience contributes in addition to the feel-good factor. Here you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy the tranquility.

Stefano's accommodation is in a very quiet and peaceful location. We rented a car as we knew the area, but without it, it becomes difficult to get around. Overall we had a great time, the house is clean and well stocked, the garden is beautiful and the surroundings are very nice if you want to take nice walks in the countryside. Communication with the host is excellent, responsive and immediately ready to meet our needs. We were warmly welcomed by Stefano's parents, who took care to give us all the information we could need. Everything was really great. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Gennaro has been super kind, we were his first guests and he made sure we had a great time. He helped us with parking as well as being very responsive and flexible. This was a great deal and well worth the price! Everything was really clean and we had all the amenities and more that we needed to have a great stay. The place already has an incredible view, and the fact that Mirella and Mauro are affectionate people and great hosts made the stay in Triste a great and happy experience that I recommend to everyone! Be sure to visit the city's sights and also hike the Napoleonic road and the Val Rosandra valley, as well as have a coffee at Caffè San Marco.

Of the many places we've rented around Europe this was among our favorites. Beautiful hiking all around and a very nice hostess. highly recommend this one!

Wonderful stay in the fabulous hospitality of Stjepan and David. As a solo female traveller it was the perfect spot. Secure parking, private location but easy access for the city, a lovely and stylish home-from-home, a spotless and thoughtfully prepared ensuite room, and an amazing spread for breakfast. But most of all the genuine warmth and hospitality of both Stjepan and David (and Igor). They really go to great lengths to make sure their guests are comfortable and see as much of possible of the beautiful Trieste region. I received great recommendations of things to see and do. I will remember my stay for a long time and I can highly recommend it to any traveller..

The room and the listing as a whole were as described and photographed, clean, and tidy. The room is a bit dark, but that's what I expected. It might be a good choice for anyone spending a shorter time in Trieste, especially if traveling further by train or bus.

Lorena welcomed us in a really kind and friendly way, making us feel right at home. He also gave us great tips on what to see/do in Trieste and the surrounding area and how to get around the city. Our stay was very pleasant.

Great experience, super recommended! New house, very well-stocked, some furniture should be assembled better, but generally great. Perfect bathroom and great common space for breakfast or possibly even lunch or dinner. We were lucky enough not to have other guests in the other room, so having the whole house to ourselves, I can only give a 10 out of 10, also because the whirlpool in the room is really a treat! Although the location is not central, it is convenient for finding parking more easily and for visiting the city on foot, very feasible with a walk. Excellent!

Friendly, helpful hosts and a great place to stay! The terrace, where breakfast (regional and homemade, delicious products - every day a little something different) was served, has a fantastic view of the sea. The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable. By bus, you can quickly get to the center of Trieste without changing. The driveway is steep, but you get used to it.
