Ci siamo trovati benissimo presso l'alloggio di Enrico. L'appartamento è estremamente curato, pulito e funzionale. Un'ottima accoglienza, check in flessibile, indicazioni chiare e informazioni utili sul territorio e i luoghi da visitare. Parcheggio gratuito in strada in una zona tranquilla, vicino al centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti.

Die Wohnung von Cristiana befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Residence mit Meerblick und nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt direkt an der Cala Grotta. In der Wohnung fanden wir sehr hilfreiche Informationen zu den schönsten Stränden und Restaurant Tipps (meine Empfehlung Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). Es war sehr von Vorteil, dass der sensationelle Meerwasser Infinity Pool (Ende September) noch geöffnet war. So konnten wir auch bei starkem Seegang immer schwimmen. Die Residence ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um das Juwel Sant' Antioco zu erkunden. Cristiana war immer für uns da und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert. Grazie Cristiana

Airbnb mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Unbedingt ein Auto mieten, sonst kommt man nicht vielen Orten hin.

Schöne und gepflegte, ländlich gelegene Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Swimmingpool mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Francesco ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch tägliche Empfehlungen erhält man bei ihm. Die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche enthält alles was man braucht.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo alloggiato nell' appartamento di Roberto per quattro giorni e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Roberto è stato molto cordiale ed ospitale, ci ha accolti all'arrivo, esaudendo la nostra richiesta di anticipare il check-in. La pulizia della casa è impeccabile, la posizione ottima, in una zona tranquilla dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro di Pula e con pochi minuti di macchina le varie spiagge nei dintorni. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente da Roberto alla prossima occasione.

Host molto disponibile ed amichevole, struttura corrispondente alle alte aspettative e sufficientemente centrale. Disponibilità di un'ampia biblioteca privata molto interessante. Ci ritornerò.

We had a wonderful time at Nicolo’s place. The apartment is very clean and tidy, situated in a calm neighborhood. It has a beautiful terrace that we enjoyed immensely. The location is just 10-15 minutes from the sea, and the walk is very pleasant with great views of flamingos. Nicolo was always ready to help and offer advice. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Nice cats, pretty views, and a friendly host in a quiet neighbourhood, if a bit far away from the centre.

We had a great stay at Matteo’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and the location was very central. Matteo was super helpful as well, giving us tips on what to see. We would definitely come back!

Zona comoda per andare al mare o per andare in centro. Appartamento tranquillo. Colazione super, ben Condizionata. Perfetto

cortesia e gentilezza ancora prima di arrivare in struttura. Inizialmente un po' scoraggiati da recensioni altrui, ci siamo trovati bene ed abbiamo pure avuto la possibilità di accendere il fuoco e scaldare gli ambienti con apposito termoventilatore (essendo metà febbraio..!), oltre la pompa di calore. La casa è bella grande, la zona è tranquillissima, attenzione alla strada che vi indica Gmaps: CONSIGLIO di prendere viale Don Bosco e poi proseguire per VIA CASTANGIAS, farete una strada appena più lunga ma più confortevole e sicura specialmente se avete macchine grandi o camper.

Maison bien équipée, jolie et fraîche grâce aux murs en pierre et aux volets vénitiens, sans compter la clim si besoin. L’environnement est très calme et agréable, la terrasse est super, la vue est incroyable et la piscine aussi ! Attention l’emplacement peut être difficile à trouver, surtout en arrivant de nuit.

We felt very comfortable in Michele's accommodation. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed from which you could also enjoy the sea view! Michele was so kind as to guide us over the phone to find the entrance for parking, as we arrived late in the evening in the dark. He also kindly fulfilled my request to put the exact type of milk I wanted in the fridge for our breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

Wir - eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, 3 und 6 - haben hier im Oktober eine tolle Woche verbracht und damit unseren Sommer verlängert. Die Highlights: Kleine aber feine, karibisch anmutende Bucht; kristallklares Wasser; feinkörniger Sandstrand; in nur einer Minute gelangt man von der Unterkunft zum Strand; die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub in der warmen Jahreszeit braucht: grosszügige überdeckte Terrassen, Sonnenliegen, Aussendusche, Sandspielzeug, Grill, Fenster mit Moskitonetzen, u.v.a.m.; das Feriendorf ist ebenfalls überschaubar und fügt sich gut in die Landschaft ein; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5…10min erreichbar; last but not least: sehr freundliche und sehr gut erreichbare Gastgeberin! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Logement propre et hôte sympathique. Décoré avec goût. Il faut une vingtaine de minutes en bus pour accéder au centre ville. Arrêts de bus juste à côté du logement.

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.

Absolutely gorgeous villa - thank you! Right in front of the golden sand beach, about 20 mins walk into Villasimius town - the best of both worlds! I would say the description and published photos don’t do it justice - 3 good size bedrooms, plenty of outdoor space and seating. Yes, the kitchen is small and indoor seating is limited, but why would you want to sit inside in the beautiful weather?! We were 5 girls and really enjoyed our stay!
