Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The decor is well cared for in every detail, in perfect "sea house" style, cozy and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Anna's house view really has nothing to say, waking up every day to see the blue sea and the greenery in the yard is a great mood.Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized a few days before staying here, so I couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna helped a lot with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw of this house for me is that the two rooms mentioned in the description have no windows, but it's okay because there is air conditioning.Fortunately, the kitchen has a separate door. For those who love to cook, the fumes can go directly out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, very suitable for families with babies to take to the beach, it is not particularly busy, but it is a very beautiful area.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. The children can linger in the pool or on the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and was very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. I'd love to come back, thank you so much!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

The house has been recently renovated and is in perfect condition. The location in great in a private domain with the beach just down the street.

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.
