Abbiamo soggiornato nell’alloggio di Maria per 10 giorni ed è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La pulizia impeccabile e l’atmosfera accogliente hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Maria è un’ospite attenta e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutare con cortesia e discrezione. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo, funzionale e ben organizzato. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Brigitte und Andrea waren so liebevoll und freundlich. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps bekommen und zu Ostern gab es sogar eine süße Überraschung. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt für die verschiedenen Ausflüge- gerade mit kleinen Kindern perfekt. Wir empfehlen dringend das sardische Essen zu buchen. Einfach nur lecker ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank für alles

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Enrico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Enrico mit Herz bei der Sache ist und seinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit ermöglichen möchte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Sheila per 4 notti: siamo arrivati in ritardo con l'aereo e Sheila ci ha accolti benissimo nonostante la tarda ora. L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, molto ben pulito e ordinato. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare, abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nella via di casa o in una parallela a un minuto a piedi. Intorno alla casa ci sono vari alimentari, supermercati e tutto ciò che può essere necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sheila ci ha fornito anche un lettino e un seggiolone per il bimbo e anche un gioco per intrattenerlo. Che dire? Sicuramente torneremo a trovarti Sheila!

Très bon séjour chez Angelo et sa famille. Le lieu, en pleine nature, est paisible tout en étant à proximité des axes le reliant aux zones touristiques. Angelo est très sympathique et de bons conseils.

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Le logement de Paolo et sa femme correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. C’était très propre et Paolo est un hôte très sympathique. Le centre ville est tout près à pied pour les restaurants et un super marché est également accessible sans voiture. Nous recommandons ce logement. Ce fut un plaisir d’y séjourner. Merci à eux! We had a wonderful holiday at elisabettas place. We stayed for two weeks with our toddler and the house and garden were amazing. Super clean and all amenities we needed. Washing Maschine was a plus, free parking and fully equipped kitchen. Beach gear, shopping bags, it was really like a home. The house would easily fit more people. Elisabeth’s was helpful, flexible and super friendly, check in and out were amazing. Even when the gas ran out for the gas stove in the kitchen, elisabettas husband was there within an hour to replace it. Really great hosts. Thanks for the nice stay.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.
