Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und die Aussicht traumhaft. Wer es eher abgeschieden mag und Privatsphäre sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Nicoletta war gut erreichbar und hat Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

Wow! What a place to stay!😍 amazing views, wonderful location, gorgeous place to stay. I cannot rate this apartment enough. We just hope it is free again when we rebook. Mara and Alice were so supportive throughout the stay and on hand with excellent location tips for our anniversary. Mara really made the stay special giving us everything we needed and more. I wish every Airbnb had a Mara ☺️ thank you for making this a special holiday. The beaches nearby are beautifully clean and safe. The local restaurant food is excellent and the people were welcoming. 12/10!

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Valeria nelle settimane centrali del mese di agosto con mia moglie e un’altra coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal centro di Porto Torres e dal mare, l’appartamento si trova di fronte a un centro commerciale (fondamentale per potersi rifornire in qualsiasi ora del giorno) ed è nelle immediate vicinanze delle strade provinciali che permettono di raggiungere le mete più gettonate. Dotato di tutti i comfort possibili (condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, Wi-Fi, ecc.) ed estremamente pulito, ci ha colpito in particolare per gli spazi che permettono di ospitare insieme fino a 6 adulti senza problemi. Valeria è stata una Host eccezionale: sebbene abbiamo avuto modo di interagire solo a distanza, si è sempre mostrata reattiva, disponibile, amichevole e attenta a far sì che non ci mancasse mai nulla. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati!

Ho trascorso presso la struttura un soggiorno di 10 giorni con altri 7 amici. La casa ci è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni: tutti gli ambienti erano puliti, i letti già fatti e per ciascuno di noi era stato preparato un set di asciugamani. Il padrone di casa e suo padre, che si occupa del check-in e abita nella stessa palazzina al piano di sopra, sono stati disponibilissimi in tutto, fornendoci anche consigli utili sulle spiagge e i ristoranti della zona. Molto comodi il frigorifero esterno, situato in un piccolo sgabuzzino, ed il barbecue in giardino, che abbiamo utilizzato senza alcun problema. Alloggio consigliato per gruppi perché la casa è adeguatamente spaziosa e in posizione perfetta per raggiungere, anche a piedi, i locali della zona.

We had a great stay here. 10 mins walk to the beach and about 20 mins to old town. Nice cafes nearby. Elisabetta was a very accommodating host and let us check in early. Would stay again next time in Alghero!

Es ist traumhaft von der Terasse das Meer zu beobachten. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr gemocht (mit Rettungsschwimmerin). Das Konzept der Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Die Gegend regt zur Bewegung an und belohnt mit schönem Meer und schöner Natur. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das hat uns sehr unterstützt.

Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Nicoletta und ihrem Mann für den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken! Alles war perfekt. Neuwertiges, toll renoviertes Häuschen mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! Der Kontakt war sehr nett, bemüht und zugleich überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Man konnte den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt genießen. Die Lage fanden wir sehr toll, etwas ab vom Schuss und ruhig und trotzdem ist man gleich auf der Küstenstraße- für uns ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Nordküste zu erkunden! Schöner Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse. Ein Highlight für uns: die Möglichkeit in der Outdoorküche zu kochen. Wenn wir wieder im Norden Sardiniens sind dann sicher wieder im stazzu Jana ! Grazie, alla prossima!👋

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

Vraiment magnifique, la maison est impeccable dans un secteur tranquille à proximité de Porto Rotondo où l’on retrouve restaurant et petits commerces. Aussi, à environ 11km de Olbia, facile d’accès. Mais au delà de l’extraordinaire maison il y a l’accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et attentionné des hôtes qui nous ont fournis des renseignements sur les meilleurs restos, épicerie etc. Nous avons vécu un moment difficile lors d’un accident malheureux avec blessure, toutefois nous ne pouvions avoir meilleur endroit pour nous reposer et de profiter de ce superbe environnement. Un renseignement que nous n’avions pas est que l’eau n’est pas potable à plusieurs endroits en Sardaigne, donc assurez-vous d’acheter de l’eau embouteillée avant d’arriver. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Le logement était en tout point identique aux images et à la description. Vous retrouverez dans ce logement des atouts uniques et absolument incroyables. Une terrasse couverte avec vue spectaculaire, une piscine creusée chauffée, des espaces vastes et éclairés. Gardez à l’esprit que certains petits services qui sont habituellement standards pour ce genre de location sont manquants, comme du gel de douche, une sécheuse ou plus d’une serviette par invité. L’entrée pour la voiture est aussi très étroite et escarpée, surtout si vous avez un gros véhicule. Mais ces petits éléments ne devraient pas vous priver de cette merveilleuse villa. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire, parfait pour se ressourcer dans un environnement paisible et privé, je recommande fortement cette villa à quiconque recherche ce type d’expérience.

A wonderful villa, beautifully cared for garden, very peaceful, yet close enough to the coast to find places to eat and drink. We went first week of May so relatively quiet and ‘out of season’ but the weather was great and it was very easy to get around and explore with so little traffic. Within 25 mins in any direction could find stunning beaches or tranquil walks in the mountains, then for somewhere a bit more lively just go to San Teodoro. Food and shopping in Budoni was just five mins down the road. Highly recommended for quiet getaway but must of course have a car.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z gościny u Stefano jak chodzi o warunki zamieszkania, lokalizację i kontakt z gospodarzem. Czuliśmy się jak w swoim domu gdyż nic nam nie brakowało. Jednak najważniejsze to widok z tarasu i wyjątkowo spokojna okolica. Dodatkowo lokalizacja spełniła nasze oczekiwania jak chodzi o możliwość zwiedzenia północy Sardyni pomiędzy Olbią, a Alghero, dysponując oczywiście samochodem.

Das Haus hatte eine traumhafte Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht man konnte den Sonnenaufgang bewundern.Wir konnten die tolle Terrasse geniessen die auch Wind geschützt war. Wir kommen sicher wieder hierher zurück.

Siamo stati molto bene, casa pulita e comoda in pieno centro storico. Silenziosa nonostante un locale sotto che chiude presto. Tante attività organizzate a pochi passi anche per i bambini

Very nice place, located in a good quiet spot just slightly out from the Center however getting into the center is so easy. The apartment has everything you’d need and is decorated very nicely. Would recommend!

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

Appartamento ben organizzato e con tutti i confort. La terrazza al piano superiore plus impagabile per la vista e lo spazio conviviale. Posizione centralissima e posto auto molto utile. Residence con bella piscina e giardino curato. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ripetere l’ esperienza!

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Una estancia increíble, muy cómoda, muy completa , tienes para el cafe, te y dulces , ... y cerca de todo a 5 minutos en coche, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio y ordenado , facil de aparcar en la calle y en el parking privado . Federica siempre estuvo en contacto desde principio, muy buena la atención, muy amable. sin dudas volveremos. 100 % recomiendo.!!!

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i ładne, na parterze. Michela byla bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, super gospodyni. Miejsce oddalone od centrum- 20 minut spacerkiem. Parking jest bezplatny, przed domem, nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
