Facilmente raggiungibile dal porto e dall'aeroporto,a soli pochi minuti dalle migliori spiagge , a soli 15 minuti dalla Costa Smeralda e da Porto Rotondo. It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.
