Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! We loved staying at Angiola's place. She was warm and welcoming, and she had stocked the kitchen with all sorts of great food. We did a day trip to Bobbio, which was beautiful. Would happily stay again.

Amazing place :) the area is nice, great place for two persons, making fire was a plus.

For our stay we had very good communication with Magali. The house is very spacious and located in the middle of the vineyards, very useful covered parking in times of heat. The terrace is nice , with a great view, the same for the pool (about 50m from the house).

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, this is the place to be. Magnificent views, large garden area with private vegetable garden for self-harvesting and great pool. The accommodation fully corresponds to the descriptions and pictures in the listing, is tastefully decorated and we immediately felt comfortable.

The house was extremely charming, perfect for a big family or, like us, a group of friends. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen which became one of the centre points where we often came together and socialised. Beautiful views and so so tranquil, we slept so well and woke to peace and beauty. We are all talking about coming back and experiencing this again. The owners were friendly and charming people who made us feel welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and extremely good value for such a property!

We had a great 2 week stay at Cristina's place. The place is SUPER quiet, no neighbors around and a magnificent view of the hills. Cristina lives next door but is very discreet while still being available. The pool is perfect and the accommodation as a whole is functional. We just didn't pay attention to the fact that there is no dishwasher...:-) There is a convenient laundry room with washing machine. The bedding is of very good quality and comfortable. All windows are equipped with screens and the covered terrace is ultra convenient and friendly. We highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone/family eager to be quiet and enjoy nature. One advantage also is that the area has almost no tourists despite the many beautiful villages and towns to visit! And the village with all the shops is only 10-15 minutes by car... Nice, clean, old house situated in a very, very small village in the mountains with nice people. Be prepared for a curvy road before reaching the house. It was well equipped with kitchenutensils, towels etc. Bring your own soap, spices, oil etc. Buy everything in Bettola before you go up the hills. Easy check in. Host Luca is quick in his answers and gave good information.

Villa surrounded by greenery with garden and barbecue! The house is large and clean, comfortable beds and kitchen equipped with everything you need. The host was very kind and always available, I recommend coming here for those looking for a little relaxation! :)

Pleasant surprise, the house offers ample space and is well heated. The warm and welcoming environment and the thoughtful furniture made the atmosphere special. We stayed in three families and the game room allowed us to have fun with our teenage children, helpful and friendly guests. Nothing was really missing in this house! The landscape is really relaxing and with a short walk you can easily reach the characteristic villages. Recommended

You will be very kind and hospitable, upon arrival she welcomed us with a tray of cookies for the welcome. Very helpful in providing directions to find the place. Super quiet and quiet area. Excellent value for money.

Accommodation divided into 2-3 floors. Good space for 2-3 people. Tidy, clean. Easy to find with directions given by host. It has everything you need and enjoys a nice view. There are two small balconies. The decor and all the objects are definitely dated but everything works and on the other hand it's called 'Grandparents' House. It is located in a quiet village equipped with everything, including a communal pool, pharmacy and excellent bakery. There is also a bar where you can have breakfast if you want. There is not always parking in the square near the property but shortly before or after there are numerous unpaid spaces.

if you love tranquility, it is the ideal place! Very beautiful and cozy house,organized and clean in a fabulous context.... you can enjoy a view of the vineyards and hills that I would call refreshing. Friendly and extremely helpful welcome. how GREAT to say!
