Allariz or Ribadavia are a 20-minute drive away, Ribeira Sacra is 45 minutes away; Vigo or Santiago are 1 hour away. It is distributed in a living room-kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the lower floor and a double bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.

Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century.
