Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Oristano

Little paradise close to sea and close to mountains as well 🤩 It has really exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There is almost nobody around so it’s very private. (There is a road nearby but the place is still peaceful and calm because there are not so many cars and there is a nice barrier from trees and bushes). Our little son loved the playground and the big beautiful garden. You just can spent even whole vacation there because it’s so lovely to just sit at the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s hard to describe it with words, it has to be experienced. 🥰 At last but not least the host Arianna was very nice, proactive and helpful and the communication was very pleasant. If you decide to check the surroundings the best beach around was definitely “Spiaggetta del’Arco - even during little windy and cooler days (we visited outside the season) there was a calm see, no wind and warmer air.

Rachael war eine phantastische & großzügige Gastgeberin, herzlich und humorvoll! Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und Rachael war super hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen, hübschen und gut aufgeteilten Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt! Trotz Außentemperaturen über 30 Grad blieb es angenehm kühl im Apartment. Super Lage mit tollen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! ☀️💛

We had an amazing time at the appartement Sennariolo. The appartement is brand new and nicely decorated. The outside kitchen is amazing!! Dining there while drinking the home grown wine was lovely. The appartement itself is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, lots of green around and close to very nice beaches in the area. Our host was very kind and gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit nearby (out of which we can highly recommend Bosa!!). Instructions how to reach the accommodation were very clear. Would definitely recommend!!

Siamo stati accolti da Antonella, co-host di Carlo, con grande entusiasmo. Il nostro arrivo è stato rallentato per più di due ore ma abbiamo ricevuto ugualmente un caloroso benvenuto. La struttura propone un quaderno-guida con attività e suggerimenti, l’ambiente è molto accogliente e pulito e la casa è fresca. Ci siamo sentiti a casa anche grazie alla disponibilità degli host, reperibili per qualsiasi dubbio o consiglio. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicuramente il garage privato con accesso diretto alla casa fornisce una certa privacy e serenità sul parcheggio. Terralba è inoltre una zona molto viva e adatta a esplorare la zona di Oristano e Iglesias, sia per le spiagge sia per l’ entroterra. Siamo molto soddisfatti di questa sistemazione e la consigliamo vivamente!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni nello splendido appartamento di Alessandro, perfettamente corrispondete alle descrizione e in un' ottima posizione per visitare tutte le più belle spiagge del Sinis. Alessandro è sempre stato disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per la vacanza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti per la prima colazione, latte, acqua, birre in frigo e una gradita bottiglia di vino locale.... Questa si chiama una vera accoglienza. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima, sicuramente da ripetere.

We hebben het ontzettend naar onze zin gehad bij Antonio. Hij is erg behulpzaam en reageerde direct op onze vragen. Antonio is een perfecte host! Het huis staat midden in het dorp en alles is dichtbij. Een auto is wel aan te raden want op een kleine supermarkt na ( met mooie zelfgemaakte producten) zijn er geen winkels. Bosa is echter dichtbij en daar is alles wat je wil. Alles is verder op loopafstand maar wil je naar een echt mooi strand dan is 3 minuten met de auto handiger dan lopen.

The apartment was really well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. There were even basic toiletries, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The host left us some cookies as a welcome treat, which was a lovely touch. The place itself was cozy, with a slightly traditional style that gave it a warm and homely feel. The only thing worth mentioning is that the ceiling was a bit thin – we could hear some noise from upstairs. It didn’t bother us much and we slept well, but someone more sensitive to noise might notice it more. Other than that, everything was great – 9/10!

Matteo è stato disponibile fin da subito con indicazioni facili da seguire e con interesse nel soddisfare eventuali nostre richieste specifiche (anche arrivando la sera, Matteo ci ha accolti di persona). La casa è ben curata, fornita di tutto il necessario (compresi elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti) e soprattutto pulita e ordinata. La posizione è ottima: la casa è inserita in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dai servizi di prima necessità (supermercati, farmacia, panificio, ecc.). Consigliatissimo.

Casa molto carina e spaziosa, come nelle foto. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili. Fin dall’inizio, sono stati incredibilmente accoglienti e pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Durante il soggiorno, hanno dimostrato una cura e un’attenzione davvero speciali, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse nulla e fornendo ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Consigliamo vivamente questa proprietà a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica e piacevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Lovely house in the hills 8 mins from the very pretty town of Bosa and 10/20 minutes from a number of beautiful coves and beaches. Stunning coastal drive up to Alghero for a day out - but house is so peaceful you might not want to leave. Check in super smooth with Gianni, and Ramona, who explained everything clearly. Pool well maintained and a gorgeous kitchen garden. Plenty of great places to eat in Bosa - we particularly recommend Essenza Al Borgo Sant'Ignazio. Extremely well equipped kitchen for cooks. We had a fantastic week and felt immediately at home. Don't worry about the proximity of the train track, the train only comes once a week on Sundays and is an absolutely charming old one carriage tourist train. Thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons trouvé absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la maison de Valentina. Maison très agréable malgré la chaleur, pratique pour ne pas se gêner à plusieurs. Nous avons énormément apprécié sa gentillesse et le soin qu’elle prend de ses hôtes. Que ce soit des renseignements ou l’art de vivre dans la région jusqu’à la qualité du linge de maison et les produits à notre disposition. Merci encore Valentina Une très très bonne adresse.

Maison typique pleine de charme rénovée dans une bourgade tranquille qui permet de sillonner la région très facilement (Oristano - Tharros - Cabras - Santu Lussurgiu - Bosa). La plage de Maimoni magnifique est à 20 minutes. Il y a un coop dans la ville. Nous n'avons pas testé de restaurant ni café ni gelateria. Linda est très agréable réactive malgré de nombreuses sollicitations. L'arrivée est flexible et autonome. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce avec trois chambre deux salles de bains et une petite cour. Douche extérieure. Climatisation dans la pièce à vivre uniquement. Machine à laver le linge. Produits de première nécessité. Rien à redire sur la literie. Un séjour réussi dans une ville non touristique mais c'est que nous recherchions.

Benvenuto in paradiso ! La casa di Ivan e Leo è stupenda, fatto con immenso gusto, il giardino che si può usare è anche fantastico. Il paese è molto carino e ci siamo trovati benissimo per visitare i dintorni ma anche la costa. Ci torniamo con un immenso piacere molto presto !! Grazie per tutto !!

La casa si trova in posizione tranquilla, all’ingresso di San Leonardo. È fornita di tutto ed è circondata da un bellissimo giardino recintato, dove noi ei nostri tre cani si sono trovati benissimo. Intorno, oltre al parco raggiungibile in due minuti a piedi, ci sono itinerari fra i boschi che conducono a fonti appartate e nuraghi incredibili. Roberta è sempre disponibile per consigli e per qualsiasi necessità.

Appartamento bello, moderno, pulito con angolo esterno. Valeria impeccabile nell’accoglienza e nelle indicazioni. Supermercato vicino e la zona antica di Bosa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie Valeria 😊

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Casa ordinata ,accogliente e profumata. Estremamente coerente con le foto e la descrizione che c’è stata data. La casa inoltre era munita di tutto il necessario per manterrà pulita. Casa spaziosa con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Perfetta per una vacanza tranquilla a Oristano

Die Unterkunft war super schön & sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Fußläufig erreichbar gibt es einen Lidl und in der Stadt ist man auch in 15min. Gianluca hat uns sehr herzlich sogar mit einem Willkommensgeschenk empfangen und gab uns direkt beste Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in der Nähe. Außerdem war er immer sehr schnell erreichbar und überaus hilfsbereit! Da mein Freund über 1,90m groß ist, und ein Metallgestell das Bett umgibt, war das Bett für ihn leider etwas zu klein. Die Wohnung ist außerdem recht hellhörig, man konnte oft die Familie über uns hören, jedoch nie spät abends oder nachts. Das beides ändert aber nichts daran, dass wir uns gut erholt und eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sardinien verbracht haben! :)
