Es war traumhaft! Die Lage, die Unterkunft - alles wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Wilkommenssnacks. Das Zimmer was sauber und schön gerichtet, es war mehr als genug von allem drin, selbst Makeup Sachen und ein Feuerlöscher =) Nach der Beschreibung von Gastgebern war die Unterkunft leicht zu finden, flexibler Check-in, Wi-Fi einwandfrei. Ein bisschen muss man mit Ameisen aufpassen, aber die kann man gut im Flur auffangen =) Die Lage, wie gesagt, wunderschön und ruhig, ohne ein Auto allerdings würde ich nicht hin, zu Fuß kann man nicht viel erreichen, weil man auf der Straße mit italienischen Kamikadze läuft und das macht kein Spaß, ständig gehupt zu werden (vielleicht liegt es aber an mir, haha). Dorf "Supermärkte" haben leider nichts außer paar Konserven und eine Packung Nudeln, deswegen gibt s ein Verhungernsgefahr. Große Supermärkte sind nur mit Verkehr erreichbar. We had such a wonderful time in Elena's house! The view from the deck was incredible! The house was clean and comfortable with more than enough space for the four of us. Beautiful view from the bedroom, as well. Gardens all around the house and even lounge chairs to sunbathe. Coffee and moka pot provided as well. But, the very best part was Cinzia, the downstairs neighbor. She was so friendly with us and made our stay complete. The one thing is, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the house. If you walk from the town area up to the house each time, you will get a workout. We didn't mind, but something to take note of. However, when you see the view, it is all worth it!

Bellissima posizione: a un passo da Milano, un paradiso di relax. Per chi ama camminare, numerosi sentieri si trovano a pochi minuti di macchina dalla casa. Per chi preferisce rilassarsi, ampi spazi all’aperto, sia appartati che con vista lago, offrono l’ambiente ideale per stare insieme. I proprietari sono disponibili e assolutamente non invadenti. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto. Da tornarci ☺️

Great place to stay, felt like a home. Everything was great about this place, just a little bit of slow internet, which is probably due to location, but great place and very responsive host. I recommend this place.

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

We had an unforgettable honeymoon at this beautiful getaway. Waking up every morning to the stunning view outside was truly peaceful — it was the perfect way to start the day, surrounded by nature's beauty. The tranquility of the place made it feel like we were in our own little paradise. Massimo and Marina were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. The only thing we wished for was a washing machine to make our stay even more convenient. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic escape!

We only stayed for one night as we were travelling on but we wished we could have stayed longer. Simonetta was very proactive and clear with communication before we arrived - which was so helpful. The place was private and felt very secure. The views over Lake Como were stunning; what a sunset! The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. Thank you Simonetta!

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The Villa is up a decent hill about 10-15 min walk from the ferry stop and main street but very doable. Renato and Sara were very flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and ready early for our arrival.

Ein sehr, sehr besonderer Ort mit dem schönsten Blick auf den Comer See haben kann. Das Wohnzimmer in der Glasbox ist einzigartig. Toll ausgestattete Küche, super Host. Ein perfektes Refugium. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Zwei Nachteile: 1. Zugang ist sehr Steil, bei Regen besonders schwer. Und man sollte nicht zu viel Gepäck haben. Wir hatten nur "Handgepäck" und es war relativ hart alles Rauf- und Runter zu schleppen. 2. Ameisen im Haus. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen da das Haus wirklich einzig artig ist, der Blick unschlagbar und Daniel super zuvorkommen und hilfreich.

Great for families and very welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was perfect and Sonia's wellness offering - we tried the hot stone massage - was a great addition to the trip. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Wir waren 8 Frauen, welche diese Unterkunft von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorherein hat problemlos funktioniert. Im Haus angekommen hat es unserere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jede von uns hatte ein eigenes Zimmer, es hatte mehrere Badezimmer. Alles war sauber, geräumig und sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist top! Wir würden das Airbnb jedem empfehlen und diese Unterkunft kann ohne Bedenken gebucht werden. Danke auch an Andrea für deine Flexibilität und gute Kommunikation!

The house is located by the lake, offering great privacy and tranquility. It features a spacious kitchen and a cozy lakeside living room, with lake views from most of bedrooms. The property also includes a private parking area, a garden, and a ping-pong table, making it perfect for a vacation with family or friends. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic home, and we loved staying here. We had seven adults and bedrooms to spare! The balconies and the patio overlooking the lake were a dream. You could not ask for a more beautiful location. It was an easy walk to the few restaurants in Laglio, and the bus stop was feet from the entrance. Overall it was a perfect location and we'd love to stay again.

Magnifique maison, parfaite pour quelques jours entre amis ou en famille. L'espace est grand et parfait pour les grands groupes. Les hôtes sont très réactifs par message ce qui rend l'arrivée très facile.

The house had excellent views, well furnished, good amenities( in kitchendidn't make use of the kitchen) and easy commute from Como and Bellagio. highly recommend the place

L’host é stato gentile e molto premuroso. La comunicazione con lui è stata molto semplice , al momento della prenotazione ci ha spiegato molto bene come arrivare alla casa. La casa ha un giardino molto spazioso dove si può tranquillamente grigliare e stare in compagnia, lo consiglio

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.

Die Lage sowie die Ruhe waren bezaubernd. Wie als Familie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Como ist in 30 min erreichbar und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung super! Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Innenausstattung passt zum Stil der Villa und ist sehr individuell. Der Kühlschrank sowie die Geschirrspülmaschine sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und dürften ersetzt um dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerecht zu werden ersetzt werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig und gemütlich. Die Badezimmer sehe sauber. Der einzige Abstrich. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr dunkel und das Sofa sehr schmudelig. Gemütliche TV Abende eher nicht möglich. Wir konnten jedoch aufgrund tollem Wetter die Zeit draussen verbringen und hat uns daher nicht gestört. Bitte direkt nach Adresse fragen da die in der Wegbeschreibung nicht ganz richtig ist.

The villa was stunning!!! Having the view and the pool was wonderful! It was relaxing and surprisingly cool at night even with the July heat. There are a LOT of stairs if you plan on going back and forth from the center village. It was doable but just be aware if you aren’t bringing a car, it may be limiting for you!!! A lovely place, just be prepared!
