The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.

Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the bike path on the Secchia embankment and the historical center, less than 3 km away.
