A wonderful mansion experience. Sparkling clean, impressive saloons, art, furniture and paintings. We appreciated warm welcome and hospitality of the host, lovely family. The breakfast is beyond rich. Beautiful garden and view.

This is a gem in the middle of paradise. We arrived, thinking we were close to the City of Bologna , But found we were on a beautiful property in the mountains, with a fantastic view. We were away from the hustle, and bustle of all the crowds in Italy. This gave us a chance to explore all the surrounding areas with their beautiful views and fabulous restaurants. We would definitely return.

Our stay was marvelous. Lilia was fun, gracious and kind! She made a great breakfast every morning. Matteo helped us book tours and he went out of his way to help us and make our stay perfect. I recommend anyone to stay here!! Fantastico!

Great stay on a large vineyard property.

We loved our escape in the mountains. Sauna & pool was a real treat. We loved the fireplace in the house as it heats the whole house. Easy to drive to nearest shop if need anything. Mario has a great restaurant as well. We will be back

A beautiful room in a very beautiful green setting. The maintenance of the exteriors is really good, the fruit trees, the view of the vines... perfect for resting. Michel is really welcoming, always kind and with a smile. His explanations on the making of balsamic vinegar will delight foodies. We have to go!!!

Amazing place to stay! Just 15 min outside of bologna by car but so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing view over bologna from the park nearby. Had the pleasure to see a concert in the beautiful church. Special thanks to Abel who took care of us, super friendly and funny guy!

A beautiful farmhouse, in a beautiful, very quiet area, you can get through a road along the coast of a hill with a 360-degree view (the navigator suggested a slightly more rugged street instead we walked around on the other side and you get to comfortable, comfortable). Accommodation as described, everything very clean, fragrant bath linens......you really felt a little at home. Julia is very kind, helpful and responsive. Restaurants for lunch and/or dinner with good food and views of the hills in the immediate vicinity and other services such as supermarket or breakfast bars can be reached by car in a few minutes. Also convenient to visit Bologna and have the opportunity to stay in the middle of nature.

We had a great time staying at Linda's place, this is the second time we've been coming because it's really a piece of paradise . I recommend going right away!

After our stay in downtown Bologna, our last night at Abel's was the perfect, quiet end of an impressive city vacation. At this point, I have to highlight the cozy bedding, the natural noise backdrop and the warm bathroom (the radiators heat immediately!). Especially if you want to explore the hills of Bologna or use it for sporting activities, this property is a great recommendation. In addition to the vending machine coffee, we would have liked coffee in the kitchen.

Giovanna was an exceptional host. She was very welcoming and engaging before our arrival and during our stay. The accommodation is part of a large original farmhouse and is wonderfully authentic. We came for the AC/DC gig at the RCF Arena and she was extremely helpful in ensuring we were able to get to and from it with no issues whatsoever, even taking us in her own car as close as possible to get in. everything is perfect except for the somewhat uncomfortable (narrow) road to reach the farm.

House in a great location, it was just what we were looking for, in the middle of nature, pure relaxation, the house is in excellent condition, clean and very spacious

We spent two nights at Martina's b&b to celebrate New Year's Eve and we couldn't have asked for more. Martina was extremely kind and helpful, making sure everything went well during our stay. The rooms were cozy and well maintained, offering a comfortable setting for our short stay. A pleasant surprise was the Parmigiano Reggiano tasting organized by Martina's father. He guided us through the different cheese maturations, explaining the subtle differences in taste and texture. It was a really interesting experience and a unique touch to our stay. In conclusion, we highly recommend Martina's b&b to anyone looking not only for a welcoming and well-managed place but also quiet and away from the chaos of the city. We will definitely consider this option for future stays.

Great place to stay for our 2 families before leaving from Bologna airport. Parking on site. Very nice place, tidy and clean. Sweet and caring hostess! Really good restaurant and breakfast.
