Eugenio est l’hôte idéal ! Arrangeant, accueillant et bienveillant. Même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue, cela n’a jamais été un problème. Je suis resté plusieurs semaines dans cet appartement et tout correspondait à mes attentes. Ménage régulier, accès à des équipements de sport et proche du centre. Parfait pour un séjour professionnel. Je recommande.

It was a beautiful studio apartment. Everything is a close walk and communication with the host was great. The train station is just about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and there were a lot of good sites to visit nearby.

Great, spacious and clean place in a good location with great amenities. Manuela was a very responsive and helpful host and provided water and soda and snacks in the home.

La maison d'Eugenio est à l'image de la ville de Codogno: charmante et très bien rénovée.Elle est placée en plein centre historique et une fois la voiture garée on fait tout à pied ou a vélo. Aucune mauvaise surprise quant au logement. Tout est parfait et fidèle à la description. Un hôte très disponible, charmant et discret.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The building is beautiful, with a grand entrance. The flat is stylish, comfortable, and very practical. We used the kitchen almost every day, and the shower was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable too. Everything was clearly explained, and since it was our first time in Piacenza, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Gaetano was an amazing host. He was so welcoming and friendly. Such a cute little apartment and we had so much space for 3 people. The fire for when it was cold so was nice too. Would really recommend. It's about an hour away from Milan on bus and tram but we didn't mind the travelling. Local supermarket was massive, was about a 10 minute walk but super easy to find.

The house is very warm and cozy, firm beds, very functional kitchen and location is a quiet rural village but only 20 minutes drive to Milano Centrale station. Only downside, the house itself is a bit dated and needs a bit of TLC, particularly the bathroom. Communication with host was great and we would definitely stay again when in the Milano area!

This is a beautiful spot in crema and would Highly recommend to anyone. Very clean, modern finishes. A/C worked exceptionally well, perfect location. All around, great spot. My only suggestion would be to have some type of out door seating on the very larger terrace but other than that, great!

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Crema. We loved every aspect of our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Communication was smooth, with clear check-in and check-out instructions. The interior is beautifully designed, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out—with a charming little balcony perfect for morning coffee. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the historic center and surrounded by great restaurants. We’d love to stay again when we’re back in the area!

We loved Crema and we loved Tina’s place! We came to Crema for the movie tour but I’d come back just to stay. It’s quaint, comfortable, and has lots of great shops and restaurants. Tina was an excellent host and guide. She was flexible with our check in and check out and helped us make reservations at great restaurants in the area. I have dietary restrictions and she modified the breakfast to meet my needs. The place is lovely (lots of stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us) and the location is perfect - right in the center of town. Go to Crema and stay with Tina!

I'd give 6 stars if it were possible. The flat is simply amazing - the photos don't even give enough credit to how it looks in real life. There's everything and in great quality - awesome kitchen, spaceous bath with washer/dryer, all kinds of amenities (even umbrellas if it rains). And it's huge! We felt right at home. The location is perfect: easy to reach an right next to the town centre. There are two delicious restaurants right out of the front door - actually the balcony even looks out onto their terraces. Marco is a kind and generous host - there are tips and explanations for everything, he is lightning fast with responses and always there to help. Would definitely recommend!!

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend a San Fiorano in questa splendida casa. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti di persona e ci hanno regalato anche una bottiglia di vino. Il marito di Chiara è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile consigliandoci anche i posti da vedere. La casa era impeccabile e a disposizione di tutto il necessario. Ringraziamo gli host per averci accolto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ho passato un soggiorno davvero piacevolissimo! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ristrutturato da poco e super accogliente. La terrazza è una chicca: spaziosa e perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione è comoda, facile da raggiungere e con parcheggio senza problemi, le indicazioni ricevute hanno reso l’accesso all’appartamento semplicissimo. Un grazie speciale a Luca, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, che si è assicurato fin da subito che non mi mancasse nulla. Ho trovato tutto il necessario (e anche di più!): aria condizionata, stoviglie per ogni esigenza, ferro e asse da stiro, una sorprendente colazione di benvenuto e il caffè. Mi sono sentita come a casa! Consigliatissimo, risponde perfettamente alla descrizione, anzi supera le aspettative.
