Townhome vacation rentals in Province of Ferrara

A very nice house and we really enjoyed our stay. Too bad we couldn’t really enjoy the front or back garden in the evening due to the mosquitos, but that has nothing to do with the house itself

There were five of us as a family with 3 teenagers in the beautiful accommodation. We lacked nothing, were received very nicely in the office, we were shown everything and we got a lot of tips. The house is friendly bright and completely sufficient for 5 people. The pool and the sea are reached after a few meters, the private beach is well maintained and equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Restaurants and beach bars (more often with live music in the evening) are close by. Excursions around the Po Delta or Venice are super doable. However, we used the beach most of the time. All in all, it was a very successful holiday that we will be very happy to remember. Grazie!

We felt very comfortable in Lido di Spina and had a great vacation. The town by the sea, as part of the larger municipality of Comacchio, is perfect for days off with the family. There are very well-kept and child-friendly beach resorts, with yet fair prices, long-drawn avenues and shade-giving groves with pine trees, more single-family houses and small apartment buildings as well as private holiday settlements as hotels. Nice cafes and restaurants. Friendly surroundings and friendly, carefree people. The cottage is appealing and very appropriately decorated, clean, with everything you need (kitchen). The small garden terrace is well maintained and inviting, like the entire private holiday residence where the cottage is located. A highlight, especially for children, is the pool of the complex. It is well maintained, clean and always offers a mix of shade and sun. Check-in/departure were super friendly and straightforward. That's good.

The accommodation is 100% as described. Clean, close to the sea, contact with Daniela without any problem. Upstairs 2 rooms, downstairs living room, if you want to sit longer, no one is disturbed. I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at this rental. The house is located in a small residence overlooking the beach. The environment is ideal, you can do anything on foot, restaurants, cafes, shops … We were able to enjoy both the seaside and the pool. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We also enjoyed the communication with Massimo, he's a great host.

Very nice apartment. The location is really convenient, it is located in a quiet area, a short walk to the beach and also well connected to the center. Every corner was taken care of in every detail, the gardens were very well cared for, the apartment was cozy and tidy, making us feel at home from the start. The owners are always helpful and very kind people. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well located place to stay.
