The house is designed for couples or small groups, no screaming children. We do not accept reservations from one person.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery, on the first floor, with a large covered terrace, table with 6 chairs and a sofa that is accessed directly from a portion of the private garden, via a staircase. Cooking area with dishwasher separate from the living room. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and a telephone. The house is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

Recently renovated three-room apartment, on the ground floor, located in a residence 600 meters from the beaches and close to the center. The area is very popular and renowned, and is an ideal destination for families. The apartment also offers an outdoor area for relaxing or outdoor dining. The residence has a large communal swimming pool and large green spaces with parking spaces. The apartment has all the comforts for a comfortable stay and can accommodate up to 6 people, counting 2 rooms + 1 sofa bed.

Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Casa Margherita (country house)

Time slows down at Casa Margherita. This is the ideal location to relax and detox from the day to day stress. You can enjoy long bike rides on one of the longest cycling lane in Italy (bikes are provided at the house), visit several historical places (see guidebook), travel to Delta Po or spent a day at the spa in Colli Euganei or simply relax watching a movie in the big double sofas in front of the fireplace. The house is surrounded by fields but easily accessible and close to all amenities.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with every comfort and a charming living room. Located in a quiet residential area a few kilometers from the center. The historic center, just 3 km away, can be reached by car or bicycle, provided free of charge. The Cona hospital is 2 km away. The house with parquet flooring is decorated with exquisite items.

Delfina House si trova in un piccolo condominio, all’interno di un’area munita di guardiano h24 con entrata munita di sbarra.. L’ alloggio è composto da 2 camere da letto e da un ampio patio. Vengono messe a disposizione anche 2 biciclette. Sul tetto è situata la piscina con area riservata munita di lettini e ombrelloni, aperta generalmente da giugno a metà settembre. La spiaggia libera dista 500 metri dalla struttura. Gli animali sono ammessi su richiesta ad un costo aggiuntivo.

Our apartment is part of the Torretta, an agritourism halfway between Ferrara and Bologna (more precisely in San Bartolomeo in Bosco, a town in the Ferrara countryside). La Torretta has 11 apartments, each of which is furnished with antique furniture and objects belonging to the peasant civilization. The agriturismo is surrounded by a beautiful green park; in the summer you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and the beach tennis and beach volleyball courts.
