Localização maravilhosa, em plena praça central de Ferrara, mesmo assim tranquilo e sem barulho demasiado. Apartamento com personalidade da dona , uma anfitriã simpática, atenciosa e extremamente delicada. Comunicação agilizada, com respostas rápidas, suprindo nossas necessidades com boas indicações. Voltaríamos, sem dúvida alguma.

This was definitely one of my favorite places to stay ever!! Not only is Anna Maria the sweetest and most helpful host but the environment was incredibly cozy and inviting! We even spent a full day just hanging out enjoying the patio! I highly highly recommend staying here and paying our dear friend a visit!

Una location immersa nella campagna con un grandissimo giardino, ideale per bambini. La casa aveva tutti i comfort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posiziona ottima, solo 18 km da Bologna. Tiziana molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliato!

Que dire , tout était parfait, Claudio adorable, la maison est parfaite, belle et agréable à vivre , il ne manque rien tout est très bien équipé et très propre , il ne manque rien. La maison est située près de grandes villes italiennes , FERRARE , BOLOGNE, VERONE, VENISE, le lac de garde et un cout de coeur pour la magnifique ville de PADOUE. Merci encore, et on espère à bientot Eric et Christèle , HYPSO le westie et SACHA le chat ( nos animaux valident également leur séjour ) VIVA ITALIA :)))

Wir waren für einen Junggesellenabschied mit sieben Personen für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und bietet mit dem großen Garten und dem tollen Pool perfekte Bedingungen zum Entspannen. Besonders schön war es, abends gemeinsam draußen zu sitzen. Die aus den anderen Kommentaren erwähnten Mücken haben uns nicht so gestört und Francesco hat uns mit speziellen Duftkerzen weitergeholfen, die die Mücken vertrieben haben. Francesco ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber: Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf all unsere Anliegen reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – eine klare Empfehlung!

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, completo di quel che serve per un soggiorno comfortable. Molto importante il servizio garage, fondamentale per la zona. Complimenti davvero, anche per la facilità e disponibilità nella comunicazione

The review writes itself when we have no hesitation to give “5 Stars” in every category. However, I should expand further. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. Breakfast and some dinners for a 6 night stay. The water was hot and plentiful in the shower. The convenience of the train station that is centrally located for quick trips in any direction was the reason we originally selected this host. We were pleasantly surprised that the travel of the trains did not disturb our peace in our temporary home. Overall, our stay was too short and very sweet.

Sehr sympatische und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Das Haus ist ist sehr schön und komfortabel, eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind mit sehr guten Moskitonetzen ausgestattet, die Möbel sind neu, es gibt einen kleinen Garten und das Meer ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet sich für verschiedene Ausflüge in das Po-Delta an. Wir haben die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Perfekt! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne hierhin zurück kommen.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable. The bed is also very comfy. Silvia is super helpful, with lots of great recommendations. You have to try Trattoria da Noemi(make a reservation ahead, they are always full). I would definitely recommend and return if I visit Ferrara again.

buongiorno siamo appena tornati da una vacanza a Ferrara, bellissima città. Claudia e' una persona eccezionale ci ha accolto con calore dandodoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Il suo appartamento è bellissimo e dotato di tutti i comfot necessari per una famiglia. Consigliato e comodo per visitare la citta'. Grazie ancora anche per la buonissima torta di cioccolato!

Odlično opremljen apartma s kvalitetnim pohištvom in vsem kar potrebujete za svoje bivanje. Prijetna terasa in balkon. Bivali smo kot družina z dvema otrokoma. Vse je bilo zelo čisto ob prihodu. Odlična lokacija za sprehod ali pot s kolesom. Pri sosedih pečejo najboljšo pico☺️

I miei genitori hanno passato una settimana presso l’appartamento di Silvia e si sono trovati molto bene. Silvia è stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e vicinissimo alla spiaggia, con terrazza vista mare. Hanno potuto usufruire delle biciclette messe a disposizione per visitare l’area. Ottimo!

This is a large, spacious apartment. Fully furnished with beautiful antiques and having every facility you could wish for. Fully furnished with of lovely paintings and a huge library of beautiful books. Great spaces to relax. Desk and lamp to write at. Sunny outdoor terrace . Mario Claudia is a thoughtful and friendly host. So welcoming. Extra little touch’s provided such as a bowl of miniature Easter eggs. Garaging for your car is easy. The city centre is just around the corner with all the main sights and many delicious restaurants.

Esperienza ottima :) L'appartamento si trova veramente a 5 minuti dal mare ed è confortevole. L'aria condizionata funziona bene. L'isolamento acustico degli infissi consente di dormire anche quando nel weekend ci sono le discoteche in funzione. Molto comode le 3 biciclette. Il garage è stato sufficiente per far entrare la mia Yaris: è molto basso, ho dovuto svitare l'antenna per fare entrare la macchina. Prezzo giusto. Mi ha fatto molto piacere incontrare Giulia di persona, in ogni caso con le indicazioni (molto chiare) che mi sono state fornite non avrei avuto problemi. Mi ha fatto molto piacere che mi sia stata data la disponibilità per entrare in appartamento con qualche ora di anticipo.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Obwohl sie gleich nebenan wohnt, hatten wir das Gefühl den schönen Garten und das Gästehaus alleine zu bewohnen. Die Ruhe und ländliche Lage waren ein willkommender Kontrast zu den täglichen Aktivitäten. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Greta hat uns sehr freundlich in ihrer schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung empfangen und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die große Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen und gerne für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und Abende genutzt. Danke für die schöne Zeit! Liebe Grüße

L’appartamento è molto carino, cucina essenziale, letto comodo e giardino curato. Distante da Ferrara ma ben collegato coi bus urbani. Ambiente tranquillo. Host molto disponibile e reattivo.

Soggiornato per la notte di capodanno 24/25 Host Sempre disponibili dall’inizio alla fine La struttura è tenuta bene e si presenta come nelle foto Host gentili e accomodanti, noi un gruppo di 7 persone composto da amici ci hanno messo a disposizione la loro taverna e il loro camino per fare il cenone in compagnia assicurandosi premurosamente che ci fosse tutto il necessario Consiglio vivamente, sicuramente torneremo
