Vittorio en zijn vrouw zijn gastvrij en doen alles om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken . we werden overladen met allerlei soorten fruit en verschillende broodjes bij ontbijt. De kookkunst van zijn vrouw gecombineerd met Vittorio als perfecte gastheer zorgden voor een onvergetelijke ervaring van de calabrese keuken op één van de avonden.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, bei Rossella wohnen zu dürfen. Da wir nachts ankamen, war die Fahrt etwas abenteuerlich auf unbekannten Straßen und über Serpentinen nur den Berg hoch. Aber wir wurden belohnt mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung und mit einer voll eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung auf 2 Etagen-verbunden mit einer für Orte in den Bergen typischen steilen Treppe. Die untere Etage enthält das geräumige und gemütliche Bad sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (3 Personen) und oben befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett sowie die gemütliche Wohnküche. Beide sind mit einem typischen Balkon verbunden auf dem man den Sonnenaufgang erleben kann. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht-einschließlich Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Geweckt wurden wir am Sonntag durch die Glocken der nahen Kirche, was uns nicht störte. Die Umgebung bietet viel Berge, Ausblick, Natur und Ruhe. Wir kommen gern wieder :-) Vielen Dank Rosella und Martina.

La casa è molto grande e davvero meravigliosa, con una vista sul mare mozzafiato. La posizione è strategica: seppur sia situata in alto, c’è una stradina con delle scalette che permette di scendere in centro in due minuti. Quindi anche la posizione è comodissima. Le proprietarie di casa sono estremamente ospitali, gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato moltissimo. Inoltre, ci hanno anche fatto trovare del cibo in casa, che è stata una sorpresa molto gradita. La casa è spaziosa, bella e nuova. Super consigliata!

L’esperienza con Francesca è stata semplicemente fantastica! Non abbiamo trovato un host ma una donna innamorata della sua terra e per questo c’è l’ha fatta assaporare in ogni suo aspetto: paesaggistico, culinario, culturale, umano con un entusiasmo contagioso! L’appartamento direi impeccabile: pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Host super consigliatissimo!

A great and magic place with a family and warm atmosphere run by a very friendly host. From the terrace you can admire the beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea while eating a delicious dinner. There is an inhouse restaurant specializing in seafood dishes, which opens every evening. To the city center and the beach in Falerna approx. 20 minutes on foot. The whole family was very open, helpful and hospitable. Despite not knowing the Italian language, communication was without major problems. Thank you Antonio and family for such a warm welcome. Really recommend this place 🙌❤️

Een prachtige locatie. Wel een beetje klimmen. Mooi uitzicht. Een heel gezellig levendig dorp. Leuk strand. Heerlijk bed. Mooie badkamer. Voldoende ontbijt ingrediënten. Eigenlijk geen minpunten.

Pasqualina è molto cordiale, spiega ogni cosa dell alloggio, ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio e disponibile per ogni Tua richiesta. Alloggio pulitissimo, funzionale adatto anche per una vacanza famigliare per vedere le belle spiagge calabresi.

Marta e Nicodemo sono davvero due ottimi host! Con il mio compagno, li abbiamo contattati ad inizio luglio e, fin da subito, si sono dimostrati super cordiali e professionali. Hanno curato ogni minimo dettaglio per garantirci un ottimo soggiorno presso "Conchiglia blu". Le comunicazioni sono state sempre esaurienti e rapide; la stanza era impeccabile, sia per la pulizia, che per gli arredi; a sorpresa, ci hanno fatto trovare tutto il necessario per fare le colazioni (latte, succhi, merende di vario genere, e così via). Per ultimo, ma non di meno valore, una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima: "Conchiglia blu" si trova fra Squillace Lido e Soverato, nonché a pochissima distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa degli Aranci (mai più di 10 minuti di macchina). A piedi, con 2, massimo 5 minuti di camminata, si raggiungono le Vasche di Cassiodoro e le spiagge di Torrazzo e il Bilbò. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarli!

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Carmen is a five star host. She is very attentive to every detail to make sure your stay is pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by her and her daughter. There were snacks on the table and drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was plentiful with sweet and savory options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. There is a kitchen space to have breakfast in this bed and breakfast. We rented the entire apartment (3 bedrooms) so we had pizza delivered and also ate our dinner there. We were warm in the month of December. The old historic center is quite charming in the Christmas season with lights, decorations and presepi (nativity scenes).

Annamaria’s place was a terrific find for us as we needed to be close to the small towns nearby. She was very helpful and friendly, and so was her mother who greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know. The home was spotless, and had everything available that we would need. The views of the surrounding area were stunning.

This was a fantastic find! The apartment has been tastefully renovated, it has amazing views of the sea and it was super clean. Air conditioning throughout and modern with large wardrobes and a terrace. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pizzo. The host is super responsive and practice and was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!

La struttura è molto accogliente e spaziosa con tutti i servizi e comodità. In centro città con parcheggio disponibile su strada. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito una abbondante colazione con prodotti preconfezionati. Lo consiglio a tutti.

check in perfetto, stanza e bagno puliti. Nonostante la posizione sia davanti alla stazione dei treni il posto è estremamente silenzioso. Host simpatici e accoglienti.

Doris was a kind and generous host. We had trouble finding the place with the link provided but she came out to the street to set us straight. It was the end of a long day and we were glad to shower and go to bed. Doris was flexible with breakfast time and chatted as we ate. We had a little walk around before leaving back to walk to the train. Stairs up to the room are wide and accessible. Room has low slanted ceiling so guests should be able to negotiate this as well as step across top of stairs edge. Doris keeps hall lite well at night so you can see to access toilet.

L’appartamento è nuovissimo e molto pulito. Ci siamo trovati bene. Host molto gentile.

Perfect place if you need to stay close to the train station or airport. I took a 5 min shuttle from the airport and the room is across the street from the train station. It’s a beautiful designed room in an apartment building. The bathroom is super relaxing after a day of traveling!

Siamo tornati quest'oggi dalla Casa di Mirò. Carmen e Sergio sono stati molti disponibili e accoglienti, fornendoci tante informazioni e venendo in contro alle mie particolari esigenze alimentari. La camera Mirtillo è molto spaziosa, pulita e curata nei dettagli. L'ubicazione del B&B è strategica sia per il paesaggio che lo circonda che per poter raggiungere altre mete vicine. Abbiamo scoperto per la prima volta cosa ha da offrire la Calabria. Consigliamo questo alloggio per soggiorni brevi e lunghi: oggi mattina si possono assaporare torte buonissime fatte in casa dalla solare Carmen :)

Il B&B è molto vicino in macchina all'aeroporto. Oltre ad un alloggio molto pulito, spazioso e ordinato, un letto comodo ed un'area silenziosa, immersa nella campagna, la cosa più bella per me è stata la grande disponibilità e gentilezza di Vincenzo, una persona veramente amabile. Oltre al buon carattere è anche un ottimo cuoco: ho avuto la possibilità di assaggiare delle buonissime tagliatelle con i funghi e altri cibi da lui cucinati, essendo il suo ristorante nella stessa struttura del B&B.

We had a fabulous time at Michelle's accommodation. It had great views overlooking the sea , room was perfect & bathroom huge. We had an adjoining kitchen that we could use day or night, with a fridge, micro , table & chairs . Michelle was so lovely, she made us feel right at home , even making us an apple cake using apples from her tree. Michelle was great at communicating with us as we have little italian using Google translate. Thankyou Michelle for a wonderful stay ❤️
