Beautiful and elegant villa, surrounded by greenery and equipped with all the comforts for a vacation immersed in pristine nature. Suitable for families also with children and pets, it is located a stone's throw from the center of Tornareccio and the main local points of interest (Megalithic Walls of Pallanum, Mosaici, Hellenistic Roman village Pallano). The house has a spacious outdoor space where you can enjoy lunches and dinners, or read a good book. There are also several books in various languages.

Nestled in its own grounds, the beautiful and spacious Villa Elisabetta offers a slice of paradise in the pretty and peaceful mountain village of Roseto Valfortore. Relax by the pool whilst taking in some sun, or explore the breathtaking hills, forests and natural springs that surround the village. Your room is a huge top-floor space in a dorm-style room that sleeps four people on single beds. The bathroom for this room is next door to your room and will only be used by guests of this room.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

We are five km from the Vasto Sud highway exit (A14), Strategically located 5 minutes from the Adriatic Sea: San Salvo, 5 km. Vasto, 12km, about 2 hours from Rome, Naples or Bari, the most fascinating cities in central Italy. Nearby, a 5-minute drive away: Go-kart track, riding school, tennis, marina to visit both the Trabocchi coasts and the nearby Tremiti islands. A few kilometers from the chaos of nightlife offered by the famous Riviera San Salvo - Vasto.

Villa Nino is situated in an absolutely idyllic location with plenty of privacy between Termoli and Vasto on the east coast of Italy. The barrier-free holiday home has a cozy living room, a home theater area with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with one double bed and two bunk beds plus a cot), as well as one bathroom. It therefore can accommodate 8 people.
