Natascia is a perfect hostess, she even welcomed us on the street to show us where to park, apartment complete with every comfort, very clean and beautifully furnished. The historic center is a 10-minute walk. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

Comfortable stay the last week of August. The apartment, despite being in a dated and poorly cared for condominium, has been renovated in a modern and impeccable way. Everything matches the photos and description. The shops around, although of different types, we found them poorly stocked and some unavailable merchants. Micol and Moira were really super, cute and attentive.

Marisa's location is a delightful little apartment overlooking the square of the Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. The apartment is perfect for two people for both short and long stays. Tidy, super clean, equipped with everything. Marisa is an excellent host, responsive and ready to respond to every need.

For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a few walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!

Antonietta is a wonderful person, she welcomed us with great kindness, making us feel at home right away. The apartment is strategically located 5 minutes by car from the sea, 15 from Termoli where you can plan an excursion to the islandsTremiti and about twenty from Vasto. It's spacious and recently renovated. Very comfortable parking in front of the apartment. Impeccable cleaning and care for hygiene. We had a great time. Recommended!

the listing matches the published expectations and photos. Very convenient parking and really within walking distance of the sea both to public beaches and beaches. Fresh,comfortable and clean apartment. The train does not disturb,at night very few pass. Very quiet area. House equipment, which can be improved with a microwave and wifi but small details for a great accommodation in itself. Recommended for relaxing holidays,sea but also for visiting nearby towns.

Lovely place, very well laid out and very modern and clean. Marco was waiting for us when we arrived and answered all our questions. In spite of it being cloudy and cold for 8 of the 11 days we were there, we enjoyed the beauty of the square looking over at the Duomo and the lovely, ancient walled town. We have probably spent time in more than 30 airbnb's in Italy and never had a wonderful cleaning lady come every 4 days! We are spoiled! Highly recommend it....

Excellent, Cattia and Giuseppe are very nice, they also came to pick me up at the station, the apartment is very clean and well-kept, equipped with everything, there is everything you need here, the location is perfect, close to the station, supermarkets, the sea and the center!Everything was perfect, I'll definitely be back!

Nice and cosy place to stay. You have everything what you need. Park in the neighborhood.

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to land - the hosts were very responsive and truly wonderful humans, going out of their way to assist with restaurant recommendations, reservations, and even connecting us with local townspeople who were able to introduce us to our long lost relatives! The experience is a mix between a traditional hotel (with breakfast and housekeeping) and a private home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. My family and I loved our stay and our experience.
