It was an apartment in a city near the main street, but we still slept well and the noise didn't disturb us. First, we had trouble finding the place, the navigation took us to another place, probably some problem between Airbnb and Gogle maps in Morocco. However Simohamed sent us a message "Coin orange midelt" we put it into Gogle maps and the navigation took us to the right place where Simohamed was waiting for us. He showed us the whole apartment and gave us the keys. The place was nice and clean, even good kitchen equipment. I recommend

The stay with Bassou and his lovely family was very heartwarming. Their berber hospitality was at the top and that made the visit special. Despite the fact that we did not speak French and Berber and she did not speak English, there was a nice atmosphere and exchange with each other. The food was delicious and the rooms simple but fine. The village is focused on agriculture and the mountains. No tourism, but we thought that was the case👍🏻. The ordinary lives of people in the atlas. Very pleasant accommodation in the center of Zaida. Hassan took really great care of us, helped us with finding the hotel, showed us where to park our car and invited us to his restaurant, where we were offered tasty dinner for a really low price. They also welcomed us with a cup of tea. The bedroom was nice and clean,there was also beautiful view. In the morning we got delicious breakfast, even though we thought the price does not include breakfast. All in all, very pleasant stay.

We have really enjoyed our stay with Lhoussein’s family during our trip. It is an excellent stop when crossing the Atlas mountains. Do not expect a 5 star hotel but if you like to experience some true local Berber culture then this is the place to be. We were warmly hosted by the family. The older children speak some French and English. Lhoussein himself was away for work but communication with him was easy . His wife Aisha is a kind hostess and wonderful cook . We enjoined dinner (you can ask for this in advance) and breakfast. In the bedroom you will find a stack of blankets and we did not feel cold at all. Please note that this location used to be one big Guesthouse but has now been split in 2. One side is Lhoussein through Airbnb only and the other is run by his sister on another booking (!) site. Chose this one!!!.
